Talked with my dealer, they are going to call GM representative, evidently allocation is for January/February, to make sure everything is in place. Dealer explained allocation assigned my car and expect date to my satisfaction. Why was it so secret in the past? Well anyway everything seems to be in order.

respectfully, nothing is in order until you have a order in your hands that says 2000 - like everyone has told you here since you started this thread....when you get that piece of paper - throw a party and tell us...
Update; still at 1100. However, dealer called their GM representative and everything is good to go. The Dealer's new car manager got in touch with me explaining that GM just is now into the second phase allocations. The Dealer expects my order to be excepted soon and a spring delivery should be possible. My order has no constraints or holds on any options so the process should progress without any delays once started. I will keep the pressure on, in a nice way, discussing my order on the GM tracker chat line and continued contacts with my
dealer. I feel the order will go, with all the horrid winter weather, no hurry.

Larry, good luck on your order and keep us informed!
I made a change last week removing FAY, hopefully, that will help push my Z51 vert forward. Living in MN, I really do not want my Vette prior to April anyway.
All dealers completed their first consensus for January last week. All dealers will see their allocations for the first half of January consensus this Thursday and next Thursday (1/16 and 1/23). Dealers will then agree to second January consensus and all dealers will have allocations again on 1/30 and 2/6.
Every dealer will see their constraints if they have allocations on the same days, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, and 2/6.
I will post the constraints here on Thursday....
Very Nice Ken... I really wish your dealership was in California...
To those of you who are also stuck at 1100, what is the name of the document I should request from the dealer to verify the order is correct and nothing is missing before its too late to change? Thanks!

I'm still at 1100 from 11/19/13. I've talked to so many people at GM and the dealership, but not one person will or can explain why the delay. If it's a constraint, tell me what it is.

I think Hondru is feeding you a line of BS. They were not one of the 900 Stingray dealers. I can't see GM giving any of the small dealers an allocation until they give out all of the second half allocations to the 900 dealers. Make them show you there Corvette allocation for phase two. I will bet they can't do it.
There are two Z51's with a TPW of 2/3 ordered as dealer stock that I know of. Both are in the San Francisco Bay Area. One is going to Putnam (Burlingame, CA) & the other to Platinum (Santa Rosa, CA). I spoke with both dealers and confirmed as well as checked the Chevy order tracking site. I offer this for whatever value my fellow Forum members can gain from it. They are both Crystal Tint coupes. One with chrome wheels and one with black.
I find this rather humorous that these guys are fighting with little dealers when MacMulkin has over 100 in stock or on the way and $3K under sticker to boot.
Great, you guys live charmed lives. I am still at 1100, taking bets on when something happens. A game! Maybe I will be doing the 2014 Caravan to the Museum in my C4.
With all of the discussions regarding delays, does the NCM option make any difference during the ordering process? Obviously the delivery time is cut out since the vehicle is accepted at Bowling Green Kentucky. My order was placed 01/07/14 and remains at 1100. The dealer is telling me it should be ready in March. Based on what I've read thus far it makes me wonder.

No, NCM delivery does not affect the timing of order acceptance/build. NCM delivery is no sooner than 2 weeks after the car is built.
