Absolutely. Seriously - why does anyone else care? I just stored mine for the year since it snowed last night and the streets now have sand / salt on them. 1250 miles for the year - that's actually high miles for me.

I couldn't care less, but I am curious. I understand owning a rare car and not driving it much, but a brand new Chevy doesn't qualify as rare or collectible. I've owned more antique, muscle, collector, etc. cars than I can count. Every time it got to where I never drove one and it simply sat in the garage I sold it and got something I'd drive.
I don't care if someone buys a C7 and puts 0 or 50,000 miles/year on it or somewhere in between since it has no effect on me. I just don't, and never will, understand owning a car like a C7 and never driving it.
