The C7 Corvette has plenty of well known attributes, but there are some lurking behind the scenes. Here's a running list of tips & tricks that you might not have known. Post what you've found, and I'll add it to the list.
Not in manual
Instrument Cluster - DIC cluster application selection represented by a white marker to the left and right of the item displayed. As you scroll through the various application pages, you'll see the white markers move up and down, representing the app location within the list.
Audio - Favorite (Next/Previous) steering wheel controls obviously change stations/tracks. They also allow for advancing a track forward or backwards if held down.
Navigation - When viewing the navigation screen, your nav application tray icon ('N' arrow) can be pressed to toggle between the map views without having to go through the settings menu.
In manual (but often overlooked)
Cupholder divider is removable
USB in instrument panel storage compartment
Sun visors extend along the rod
Turn signal will chime if left on for more than 3/4 mile
"Favorites" can be used to save more than radio presets. For example, you can save Nav Destinations (like Home), contacts, tone settings, artists, songs, etc. - Zymurgy
Although I love the HUD, some people find it distracting. You can turn the HUD display off by holding down the image brightness 'down' button
With your windows rolled down and the alarm set, reaching into the car will trigger the intrusion alarm (enhanced alarm system). - Nosferatu
Presets located in the favorites bar can be renamed under the Radio/Manage Favorites settings
On the navigation screen, tap on the vehicle icon to have the current address of the vehicle overlaid on the map
TuneSelect - for SiriusXM only, allows you to select an artist, song or program that will alert you when playing. I use this every morning for HLN Headline News. I change the channel during the ridiculous ads and it alerts me when the show comes back on. Even alerts you on the HUD so you don't have to keep looking at the radio.
Misc.
Black 'dots' on rear window are actually C7 emblems
Headlight housings have embedded C7 emblems
If you have the screen down and you shift into reverse, the screen will close so you can see what's behind you - Woodson
I have a 2014 with nav. My screen does not show buildings in 3D mode like your screen shot does. It doesn' show buildings at all. What year is your C7? Will mine look like yours if I get the nav software update?

My '14 (build-date Feb, 2014) does, but you have to be in a dense urban area with high-rise buildings. I remember seeing it in Minneapolis, and a few other cities like this.
Everybody probably knows this but I kind of noticed it a couple weeks ago. The Navigation Icon at the top of the screen. We all probably just push it to turn on Navigation without thinking but it is actually showing you real-time direction of the car. I think that is pretty cool. It is kind of like the little clock on the iPhone clock icon showing you the analog time.
Turn signals have lane change feature. Bump turn signal up or down, enough to light signal but not enough to latch in place, and the signal will blink 3 times and go off. Just found this out the other day, then found it in the manual, pg. 6-5
While in navigation and being guided to a destination if the navigation is providing a specific instruction such as make a turn in a short distance, it disables your ability to change a radio station through the steering wheel control, has anyone experienced that?
On the HUD it always defaults to a preset setting that shows a full display of the dashboard information and you have to always change it to only show just the speed which is less distracting while driving, not a big deal but i seem to rem it working different on the C6

I found a new "little" one the other day (at least on my 2016). When I run it kind of quick to over 3000 RPM (say take it to 4000 RPM), and then shift and slow down, there is a thin blue line shown on the Tach at the highest RPM it was just at. It stays only about 2 seconds. You have to look quick because it goes away quickly and I am not sure why you would want this, but it only occurs above 3000 RPM.
If your passenger has a key fob on their person, you don't have to hit the unlock button or put it in P to let them in; they can just open the door from the outside. It doesn't work this way from the inside to let them out, however.
Around the outside of the tach, when you start your car there is a yellow line at 3500rpm, eventually turning red as it gets close to the 6500rpm red line. As the engine warms up this yellow line slowly disappears until you only have the normal red line showing.
