No, we have already proven that address is NOT your HQ. It is the office of an accountant who has never heard of Navtool.

Your lies are catching up to you, "Sammy".

Here is the actual occupant of Navtool's "Headquarters."

EMIL S. RUFOLO (CRD# 4415272)
1ST GLOBAL CAPITAL CORP. (CRD# 30349)
260 CHRISTOPHER LANE, Suite 101, STATEN ISLAND, NY 10314
http://brokercheck.finra.org/Individual/4415272

You can read all about Emil here:

http://brokercheck.finra.org/Report/Download/41846548

Unlike Navtool, Emil has a real company, with a real address, and publically available data that proves it. One of our forum members even called and spoke with his receptionist.

And here's what the BBB has to say about that address:

Customer Contact: Mr. Vitaliy Sokolov

Mail sent to the business on 12/30/2014 was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as Moved Left No Address.
I think that maybe, once upon a time, Navtool did have a real business presence there. I also think that company doesn't actually exist any more. I don't know who Sammy is, or where he is, or what he's doing, but he's very obviously lying about this being the company's headquarters. There is simply no question about that.

I will come and get a unit, but I dont need free installation. You offered to have me go to a mall and have the installers do it for me...but thats a no go for me.

I want to install the unit myself, as you stated its very easy and someone IMO needs to report back to all those who have pre-ordered what its like to install.

What do I want? I want to drive by and pick up this unit, that ive paid for. You dont even have to do anything, just leave it at the front desk or something.

Seems reasonable to me? If this cant be agreed to..i just dont know about all this..

"we don't normally do installations, I can have installer meet at local car stereo shop, you can come to one of our facilities, but we have no where for you to wait, we have proprietary stuff that we cant show, so our partner installtion facility is the best"
Poor Sammy's running out of excuses to avoid having someone come to one of Navtool's "actual buildings." With "$20 million dollars of real estate (Sammy's claim), you'd think they'd be pretty easy to find.

Can't wait to see an actual report from one of these three. If you really want to clear this up, Sammy (or should I say Vitaliy), I think you'd offer it to the first person who showed up at the address of your installer (which you still haven't actually provided to anyone). Oh wait, you said "first come first served", and now you're changing the terms again.

So is it first come first served, or is it the first in line?

Yeah, and so far I haven't read anything from anyone who has the slightest bit of evidence that Navtool actually has any real location and any real product. Not one of the addresses Navtool has provided has any sign of Navtool. Sammy keeps talking about an installer, but if you go to their web site and do a search for installers there are none to be found. Not a one. Whenever anyone wants to meet him at one of Navtool's many locations he always has an excuse as to why he can't do that.

I believe you did great research on camera, if you could repost that many members would appreciate it.

No way this is the same author as the many other Navtool responses up until now.

NO WAY.

I assume this canned response was emailed from the "boss" and cut and pasted into CF.

CF will be good for all members money lost if this whole thing were to go sideways?

I assume the forum properly Vetts all would be "CF Approved Vendors" that we are to trust and send money to?

Sammy, I asked all along to send me a unit, I'd even pay full price since I cancelled my preorder. You never replied. I'd rather not someone else work on my car especially if they've never worked on a C7 before. Your video just shows it hooked up on a bench, not once has it been shown working in a car.

If Rguy271 is able to get to one of your "20 million dollar" locations before you and I can work out the details give him my spot. It would be best for all members here to try and get this resolved as quick as possible since they have money invested.

And you have yet to refute a single thing I've posted, or offered the slightest bit of information to show I'm wrong. You keep claiming a location that we've proven doesn't belong to Navtool is your headquarters. All you manage to do is make excuses and insult people. Which is, btw, against the forum rules.

Since you're so smart, PROVE that the address on your web site belongs to Navtool, and not a CPA. Drive over there an take a picture of you in that office, with something that identifies it as Navtool, at that location. So us a photo of your New Jersey "research lab." Hell, so us a photo of anything that proves you actually have a physical location anywhere.

Prove to us that the publically available research report on that CPA is phony.

Show us a photo of the 300 units that are just "waiting for end caps."

The truth is you show us nothin' because you got nothin'. If I'm wrong, and Navtool ships 300 units out no later than February 29th, I'll eat my hat and publically apologize to Sammy. I'm not real worried about that, however.

BTW, I'm still waiting for the PM you said you tried to send me.

Oh, and coming from you, I'll take your comment as a compliment. I'll admit there's some truth to it, though. If I were really bright, I would have seen this for the scam it is weeks ago.

We're trying to verify you are a representative of Navtool. You're responses to the company's locations are suspect, you refuse to let anyone go to you, you can't post pics of the products, and you won't even post a pic of your office. Just give us a little something.. PLEASE

He's just the kind of person a company with $20 million dollars of real estate would hire to represent them in public.

ok I saw the sale thread where we are not allowed to comment and it peaked my interest. I searched online and saw the bad customer service reviews and looked for a thread like this here.

As much as I'd love to have a product like this, the bad reviews, the poor customer service, and the poor return policy makes me hold out.

Hopefully they can clean up their act.

No one in the Lexus or Acura pre-orders has received product either. That's not helping your credibility, you know. At best, the links above show that one person has one of your units. They certainly don't indicate you have any Corvette units.
