Hopefully they can clean up their act.

We're trying to verify you are a representative of Navtool. You're responses to the company's locations are suspect, you refuse to let anyone go to you, you can't post pics of the products, and you won't even post a pic of your office. Just give us a little something.. PLEASE

Those links don't really help you. These members need proof. Not sure what you don't get. I asked previously, what would you do in this situation? And you didn't answer.

So I ask again, what would you do in this case? Remember you had your money taken. No proof of product besides some short videos. Snarky remarks with ultimatums to either shut up or request a refund. So what would you do?

Something is odd here. They have lots of happy customers so I'm pretty sure they are legit. I suspect Sammy is exaggerating about the 300 pre orders as all the other threads show 35-50 pre orders. Giving them the benefit of the doubt on this.

What concerns me is the address on their web site is the same address as below.

EMIL S. RUFOLO (CRD# 4415272)
1ST GLOBAL CAPITAL CORP. (CRD# 30349)
260 CHRISTOPHER LANE, Suite 101, STATEN ISLAND, NY 10314

I looked at the FINRA report ( http://brokercheck.finra.org/Individual/4415272) that shows Emil he has been at that location since 2001. Mail sent to the NavTool mailing address they list on their site comes back as undeliverable. Below is what is on the NavTool site:

NavTool, Inc
260 Christopher Lane,
Suite 101,
Staten Island NY 10314

So a really simple question Sammy, is the above address belong to NavTool? If so, why does Emil answer the phone at the address you list and say he has never heard of NavTool?

Probably something I'm missing so I hope Sammy can clear this up.

I'm looking forward to one of the 3 guys getting this installed and reporting back. Seems like a cool product.

Please tell me that is not your answer...but I think it is.

Here it goes again...put yourself "Sammy" in the position that you paid money for something that you don't know exists. You message the customer service rep for the company and they tell you to wait or cancel the order. you see where I'm going? So again, what would you do in this case?

we have tested prodcut for 6 month, before it was offered to corvette owners

we had to offer it as pre-order to see if there is any interest at all

if you dont trust NavTool, me or the idea of pre-order, get a refund

we cant hold the money why not get a refund and order when you fell comfortable

but trust me 300 people pre-ordered 90% used or using our prodcuts now, they have no doubts

I think what's happening is very similar to other vehicle threads. You start off hot, take in money and for some reason or another (debatable) the product isn't finished in time. By that time people start calling it off. And you end up just dumping the product all together bc of "lack of interest". Now I could be wrong but then again you could be Sammy.

So there's 270 people here that have used your products. I'd like to see half of them come forward.

BTW, I'll ask again, who is Vitas Manufacturing
