NavTool
I really hope the packages being shipped actually have units in them that work and truly are plug and play. I'll be checking this thread frequently for updates!
I'm glad you're a fan of the company and have some older products you're happy with (or maybe you're Sammy again), but their CS and handling of this whole thing is indefensible.
I get there are delays, but be honest about them (under promise and over deliver) and stop making promises to everyone here that you don't actually have any control over. If you know you're still waiting on end caps, don't promise the completed devices are getting delivered! Tell everyone long in advance that you're still waiting on end caps and are hoping they'll be delivered to hit this specific date, but you'll keep them updated either way. Navtool waited until after they'd missed deadlines and then said we don't have end caps. They also couldn't even post one photo of all of the units without the end cap installed that they were supposedly waiting on!
Then, they go and make fake usernames and back stories to try and give themselves credibility. IP checks have already outed navtool for doing this a few times and I'm guessing it won't be the last before this is finished.
It would be comical if not for the money and time people have invested.
If the product is as advertised, they get their crap together, get posting privileges back, and there aren't too many complaints with installed product (by actual known forum members and users, not someone coming and registering their first day to tell us how great navtool is), I would STILL actually consider ordering one.
Glad 4 of you see movement. I fell bad for the other 296 people waiting. If that number is accurate. Lie to me once shame on you. Lie to me 50 times, shame on me.
More BS from NavTool direct.
I'm sorry, I forgot to add F-off "mate".

Secaucus is a UPS hub. I would not worry about that.

FAILED !!!
For all I know it might be run by 12 year olds or 20 year olds or what ever. I'm not interested in anything associated with them any longer!

It is funny to read the broken English comments from NavTool though, good entertainment value.
Best of luck.
packages are picked up from us in bulk, and scanned in when they get to central station, we ship later so they scan and sorted next day, for some packages we forget to include high value insurance paperwork, so some came back and they will pick it up again.
What the hell does that mean?
