Inputting a customer's name into a computer and assigning a tracking number is the easy part. Actually printing that label and attaching it to a box that contains a completed product and handing that over to UPS seems to be rather difficult.
By my count, it looks like eight of you have notifications that UPS has been notified your package is ready for pickup -- three from 3/19, one from 3/20 and four from 3/21. It also appears that some who say they were among the first on the pre-purchase list have not gotten any notification while others further down the list have. As yet, nobody has seen that their package has been picked up and is in transit. Keep us posted.
I have received two notifications with tracking numbers from NavTool but as yet no info regarding the processing of the order and actual tracking info from UPS. I was #66 on the list. I sent Vitaliy an email this morning but as yet no response.
This is starting to sound like another stall tactic. Who knows, it may take another week to pack the device and another week to walk it from the packing to shipping department...

if you got a shiping no# yesterday there should be movement today stop fooling yourself it don;t take that long for movement call UPS they will tell you.

Until a shipping event is confirmed by UPS and there is an item in transit, I don't see turning loose any posting by this company on this board. My patience is on the ragged edge and if these folks want all the orders cancelled, I soon will contribute mine to be one of them. Enough , get the damn product to UPS for shipment NOW.

At least you guys have a UPS tracking number.. Over at the Acura board we can't even get a flipping update from Navtool, they have gone silent for days now.
Thanks for the updates members...please post pics, install DIY guide, and functionality review when your items you have a tracking number for get delivered. Did anyone select overnight shipping on their orders? Per their website, there's 5 day, 2 day, and overnight available. I anxiously await...

I am with you. This is complete BS, another delaying tactic. I have emailed Vitaliy again today with no response. If we don't see UPS movement by tomorrow (Wed.), I think we should all cancel our orders. We are being played! When this is all over, it would be interesting to find out the truth about this entire scenario.

After the 1st I will be in as well. I called today and was told from where I was on the mail out I still am on track to get mine out by the 1st.

You don't have to call anyone. Go to ups.com and type in the tracking number. It will tell you instantly if anything has actually been shipped and, if so, where it is.
Why doesn't everyone call the Navtool toll free phone number to check on your status instead of sending emails and PMs and waiting to see if they respond?
