I just received a response from NavTool. Here is what it said:
"When we originally started this group buy we didn’t expect 300 people to sign up just for batch one, and almost 300 for batch 2. We were only expecting 50 people or less when we started
We did it all manually via forms and it created problems in the shipping department,
So we had to open up all packages verify content and programing and now repackaging it all"
I told them that we are sick of their excuses. Several of us are ready to cancel our orders unless we see UPS movement by tomorrow.

I don't have one of these ordered but WAS INTERESTED !

Havent they been saying this was a pre-order and NOT a group buy?
I have no dog in this fight as I didn't order. I just have been watching this across 2 forums for a while now and though I'd share that the Acura guys are going through the same thing -- seems like NavTool may have bit off way more than they can chew
You don't have to call anyone. Go to ups.com and type in the tracking number. It will tell you instantly if anything has actually been shipped and, if so, where it is.
Why doesn't everyone call the Navtool toll free phone number to check on your status instead of sending emails and PMs and waiting to see if they respond?
I did but the 2 times I have called was told still on track for mine to be shipped out by the 30th of march.
Asking for an update...can anyone post a link (or have firsthand, personal, positive feedback) to a successful, first-run delivery by this company? Just one, and I'll take it by PM if you have it. I'm breathlessly waiting to buy once the pre-pays have been delivered. The concept is exactly what I'm looking for, mirror my phone's maps and native apps on my DIC screen. Thanks in advance.
