True. UPS typically scans items when they arrive at the local UPS depot (after initial pickup).

Not me...I have tracking number from the 20th but no email that it was picked up nor any movement on the UPS site.

No Movement on UPS Site

I received the same email from NavTool, but as of 6 AM today, UPS shows no movement. I will wait a while to see if UPS actually has the package.

I was 3rd or 4th on the list and I've received nothing.

I notified AMEX this morning to reverse the charges. Too bad, it looked like a good idea HORRIBLY executed.

If the package was indeed picked up, it would show an "origin scan" by now, showing it was in UPS's possession. It doesn't take UPS 9 hours to receive a package into their system. These guys (NavTool) just don't seem to be able to EVER tell the truth.

At least two of the members have movement but the comment made by someone yesterday about post shipping customer service with potential had me thinking that this may not be a product for me. Goodluck to all of you with this.
