The packages were picked up by UPS last night. Because of the late pickup, the scan into the UPS system won't happen until later today. Here is the message:
We seen other members post and called ups on that matter, you can call ups they will tell you same thing, because packages got to the sorting facility late and it's ground packages they don't get scanned in till later on the next business day
I just contacted UPS via a live chat. Based on what they told me if the package was picked up yesterday evening at approximately 9:56 PM, it would definitely be in their system by now. This tells me that NavTool has lied to us again. I will be contacting MasterCard for cancellation this a.m.

That is not correct. If NavTool has produced a shipping label (which they did to be able to provide a tracking #), the UPS driver scans the bar code on the label when he picks the package up. That is how this is done, UPS NEVER takes a package into their possession without scanning it in on the spot, and it's silly to suggest otherwise. How would the sender EVER prove that UPS took possession?

Please tell us you don't believe that. It is absolutely not true.
So...since I haven't seen any install instructions, I figured I would check out NavTool's website to use their recommendations for an reseller/installer. I first put in my zip code with a small radius, 5 miles...none. Well, how about 10? 20? 50? Screw it...gimme all resellers/installers within 100 miles! Mind you, within 100 miles of me is San Diego, Orange, LA, and Riverside Counties...18,000,000 potential drivers/cars and NOT ONE NAVTOOL RESELLER IN SIGHT. The other day asked for an update if anyone had knowledge of a successful launch by this company. Today I ask, please go to their website, click "Find A Reseller" at the top, put in your zip code...ANYBODY JUST ONE OF YOU POST THE LIST TO A RESELLER NEAR YOU!
Man I feel for you guys. Believe me I hope this comes out well. I started to order one in February but decided to cancel. Then I remembered that goofy-looking credit card site and cancelled my credit card as well. Not only would they have my $325 but a bushel of my personal info too. After all the B.S. they've tried to push for the last month or so I wouldn't give them a dime for a perfect product just because they're such jerks. Just sayin'....
I called NavTool again today. I was told my package was shipped last night. He said shipment was late so it wouldn't show up for awhile. If it doesn't show up by tomorrow or Monday latest I will cancel for sure. I am just tired of this.

when ups pickup they scan right than and it in the system that fast so if you don;t see it they don;t have it
I was going to try to believe them. But eboggs if you post in here tomorrow that you don't have a good pick up with a good tracking number. I am calling my card co & will be done with this ball face crap.
I really don't see no way with over 300 units on 1st batch & then over that also on 2nd batch. This is just not going to work out this r these numbers & time frame just don't work. Robert

Do you honestly believe a multi billion dollar logistics company like UPS picks up items and enters them into the system whenever they find the time and get around to it?...
UPS works 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Period.
For what it's worth, I am rooting for you guys. I really hope it all works out; that device seems pretty cool.
Thanks. I'm one of the "optimists" and believe it will all work out eventually, just not nearly as quickly as we had originally thought.
As you can see with all the posts on this topic, many don't have the word "patience" in their vocabulary. Not that there is anything wrong with that; we all know the squeaky wheel gets the grease and we are reaping the rewards from some of the action we're getting toward getting what we paid for back in December.
We all wish this had been done differently, including NavTool. A lot of lessons learned. We all have a breaking point and I'll just see what happens next....

YOU ARE ALL BEING LIED TO....again.
I just got off of the phone with a good friend that works for UPS. He told me within only min's from the pick up guy scanning the bar code it is in the system that a person can see it.Robert
