Thanks. I'm one of the "optimists" and believe it will all work out eventually, just not nearly as quickly as we had originally thought.
As you can see with all the posts on this topic, many don't have the word "patience" in their vocabulary. Not that there is anything wrong with that; we all know the squeaky wheel gets the grease and we are reaping the rewards from some of the action we're getting toward getting what we paid for back in December.
We all wish this had been done differently, including NavTool. A lot of lessons learned. We all have a breaking point and I'll just see what happens next....
I've already cancelled my order from them. I have lots of patience - unless you lie to me over and over and over. My patience quickly evaporates when that happens, which is what's still happening with Navtool. As others have said, their excuse that they've shipped them but UPS hasn't entered them into their system is beyond absurd. A quick call to UPS will confirm that.
I don't do business with crooks regardless of how good their product might eventually be. YMMV.
I had two chat sessions with UPS this morning. Both people I chatted with said that usually the item is scanned into the system as soon as it is picked up. But they also both told me that at times it takes up to 24 hours. This explanation came from UPS, not NavTool.
I am waiting a few more hours before I contact MasterCard to request a refund.

Devil dog (hope you don't mind me calling you that, I see the flag. Me too 22 yrs, 2 mnths, 6 days)...these excuses from them are worse than a bunch of lies by a pack of PFC's explaining why they're late for formation. Good luck, I suspect in a few hours you'll say you're giving them til the morning. In the morning you'll say by the end of the days...guess what? Weekend's coming. Are you gonna give them til then too? Might as well, nothing's gonna change.

Norm,
Not being scanned into the system at pickup is a rare exception and not normal for the UPS system. It allows UPS some leeway if there is an issue with scanning a tag or an issue with the driver's scanner however even then it would be scanned when it makes it to the initial UPS point. It would be a rather amazing coincidence if all of the people waiting for these shipments didn't have a package showing movement because of a UPS issue... I think relying upon Occam's Razor will likely lead to the true explanation.

Again the person I talk with at UPS said unless their scanner had broken, they could be without a job for not scanning the boxes are what ever, ever time a pick up was made. Plus told me that was one way on the scanner to keep up with them on time frame from stop to stop. He told me again within a very short time from the scan it was in the UPS system. Robert
Just emailed him to cancel and refund my money. Was also told by UPS that if their driver picks it up, its scanned. I receive 2-3 packages from UPS each week and as soon as its scanned by the pick up driver, it shows some movement in the system. The 24hrs may have been in the 90s, but its 2016 and the status updates within 1/2 an hour. I sold two things on eBay this week, had the UPS driver pick them up from my house, and both showed picked up status within 10 minutes of him leaving my house. Navtool is just blatantly lying at this point.

On the pick up by what my friend told me also. I am feed up with this crap calling now to get a refund from my card co also now.
No real good reason to do people like this.. Robert

I'm glad it's "picked up". That means it was JUST picked up (NOT last night) as the UPS driver scans the bar code immediately. What is it with NavTool? Even when they are actually going to deliver, they lie....
It took 18 hours to update and get into the system.
Elmer
I don't buy that at all. UPS just picked it up, I guarantee. NO way does UPS just take packages without scanning them, which as has been pointed out, puts the package into their system almost automatically.
Got an email from Vitaliy. He alerted me to the fact that package showed it was picked up. I knew that already but encouraging that I got an email from him.., anyway delivery says Monday , the 28th.
You'll get a delivery date tonight after the package is at the NY hub
My screen has a delivery date. Does that mean it is at the hub? The scan time was listed on the UPS tracking site.
Actually? I don't give a damn where it was scanned, when it enters the system or whatever. It appears that the product shipped from the vendor to the shipping company and will get to my house by Tuesday, 3/29.
I can live with that. I'm sure my wounded splitter will like that too.

Indeed, it doesn't matter now. I'm glad it's finally going to work out for you!
I also just received an update from UPS. My delivery is scheduled for Monday, 3/28. Just prior to receiving the update, I contacted Master Charge and initiated a chargeback. If the package is delivered on Monday, I will cancel the chargeback.
This has been quite an experience. It would be interesting to know the rest of the story. I am willing to bet that there were not 300 units ordered. Let's hope that they work the way they have been advertised.
