Any "special tricks" out there for cleaning the canvas top?
While we all love our verts, some of us keep our cars cleaner than others. Yes, I'm a bit OCD keeping her clean, so I'm curious to learn of any special techniques you vert owners use to clean the canvas without having to wash the whole car. I heard brushes are bad, vacuums are bad, and so on. Tweezers? I appreciate any and all suggestions and have a sense of humor, so bring it on!
if not filthy, I blow it off with a leaf blower and then use a wet microfiber towel or sponge to wash it with water only. if filthy then it should be washed, i use ragtop cleaner product. It does get treated with ragtop protectant every spring too.
and as always,
DRIVE TOPLESS!!!

I use 303 cleaner and a soft brush. Two or three times a year I use their protectant............tedious but worthwhile.
Are you in the rain at all or often?Does that stuff run off into the paint.Add's a little bling to it.It does get cold around here before the SALT Flies.Driving into the nite the temps do drop fast.
Got a daily driver photo?

I'm in Georgia so road salt is a non issue. I cover the car with plastic because it's a PIA to remove from the paint. I apply it with a brush not the spray bottle. They say do not let it get wet for 24 hours but driving after application is fine. When it DOES rain, and my vettes my daily driver, the water beads up into tiny little droplets and roll off.
