My LBR Z06 with Kalahari interior and top. I was going to paint the calipers but now that I look closely the black calipers just seem to naturally work best. I might add a rear CF diffuser and some polished wheels. Otherwise it's remaining bone stock.

Definitely like the interior. I also had my steering wheel re-wrapped to match the interior. Also added a Windstricter.
This is one of 236 produced with the M7. Full Carbon Flash pkg plus mirrors. Carbon Fiber interior pkg. Slightly modified with red stripe on side skirt, tinted windows and full body "clear bra". Found on Route 66 in St. Louis, MO. Purchased 4/21 with 5300 miles just before the prices went nuts!
Hi all, I recently sold my house and my beautiful 2015 Corvette is now parked outside instead of tucked away in a garage,
I'm going to be out of the country for about a month. Was wondering.....what's a decent OUTDOOR car cover under $200?
It seems like all of the C7 car covers were made for the coupe, and won't be snug for the convertible top.
I've also read that some car covers leave annoying lint on the fabric top.
I tried searching through the Convertible sub-section, but couldn't see any recommendations for outdoor car covers. Has anyone tried "MAXTECH"?
Thanks in advance!

My 14 C7 vert car cover fits like a glove, including the rear view mirrors. It's waterproof. I forget where I got it, it's been several years, but I think it was through this forum. It does sometimes leave a little lint on the top, but it brushes off easily with my California duster in a few seconds. It folds neatly into a carry bag. I don't remember how much I paid for it. It seems like it was less than $200.

I like the 14 and 15 3LT kalahari interiors much better than the 16 and up 3LT kalaharis. The extra kalahari color on the dash and doors really makes it IMHO.
Enjoy seeing all the gorgeous convertibles. This 2017 Grand Sport is my third ‘Vette, all of which have been convertibles with manual transmission.
National Corvette Museum Race Track. A bit of early morning drizzle, so had the top up for these laps. Top down the rest of the day. Easy pass. Top down, 100+. Forgeline Mono Block Forged Wheels. Note center hub cap is the OEM Corvette Logo cap. Forgeline made the wheels using GM specs so the Corvette center caps would fit. Carbon Fiber / Blade Silver Fuel Rails. The OEM Fuel Rails began to peel off the red “Corvette” letters after just a few thousand miles. These Fuel Rails look much better. A little under hood dress up - found at the National Corvette Museum online store.
My wife and I take long and short trips in our ‘Vette. Day trips and + weeks trips. We found a cooler many years ago that fits perfectly in our ‘Vette’s trunk. It’s just tall enough to hold a few bottles of wine, or beer/soft drinks, along with food. It’s lined with an inner plastic tub, so it never leaks. I found it online at Amazon. I’m sure there’s dozens of merchants for it, or similar, by now. We’ve had ours since the C6, and use it in our C7 now. The cooler for the ‘Vert’s trunk has a tough plastic “tub” so it can’t leak.
FYI, for long trips where we’ll be driving many hours per day, I also strap in a soft-sided water-proof cooler in between the seats. We keep a few bottles of water in the in-car cooler and a snack bar or two. We use frozen packs of ice-Brix gel in the soft cooler so there’s no chance of water leaking out into the interior. We learned the hard way a long time ago that soft-sided “leak proof” coolers aren’t. Our’s is many years old and has never leaked due to this tough plastic tub that lines the inside.
