It is only money. Trade in.
Targa is a good option.
The moon light shines through.
And 100 degree days, you may wish for a coupe.
Plus it seems easier to conceive a child in a coupe.
FWIW for me anyway, a vert fan, I think the C7 looks better as a coupe.
Well, I would suggest you ask my old girlfriend. There was lotsa room in my old 58.
Don't get me wrong - I love my C7 coupe, but on sunny days like today (71 degrees and perfect in mid-February in CA) taking the top off the car makes it a different creature all together. I love it so much more. Which leads me to wonder if I should have bought a convertible.
I have never owned a convertible, but if I get another Corvette, I'm thinking it should have a soft top. Anyone else feel the same?
I traded my convertible to a new coupe. I have only driven the new one from the dealer to my garage. Both are silver with z-51 and nearly identicle options. I'm going to miss the convertible but I also believe I will enjoy the coupe as much.
The only way some of us can drive with the top down is wear long sleeve shirts wide brim hats and lots of suntan lotion. But I really want a vert just don't like looking like a dumb ### behind the wheel.

Don't have to wish for a coup on a 100 degree day, you just push a button the the top goes up. Verts are better insulated than coups and the AC cools great.
Or do what I do (C7 Vert in Texas), run with the top and windows down and AC on full tilt--100 degrees plus--with the ventilated seats and provided you start out with the interior cool (I remote start mine when it's parked outside to cool it off), it works top down just fine for me
Seriously the AC trick is crucial in stop and go traffic--with the through hood engine venting, when you stop and take off, there's a rush of hot engine compartment air that hits you in the lap when the top's down. AC on, fan on high, stops that.
Agree. I've been comfortable w/ the top down on hot summer days, and AC on high.
Firstly, congratulations on your beautiful new vert 1 of 1.
The climate control you are suggesting for hot days is also what I do all the time in hot weather. And in cold winter I blast the heater and keep top down. Even briefly drove (safely) open top with light snow falling on New Years day to celebrate. Just something wonderful about driving with full view in open air with the top fully down in any weather. After owning a c5 and c6 both verts and being very bias to verts, I must admit that I considered to buy my next corvette a 2019 in coupe mainly because the C7 in my opinion does look fantastic in coupe. But in the end, for me, nothing can compare to a ride in corvette convertible with top down in any weather and also the look when he top is down. I will be placing my order for a 2019 vert in two weeks time.

Oh my, you mean to tell me I've been doing it wrong all these years?
It's not that bad Ranger. I'm a fair skinned redhead, and with some good suntan lotion, and a ball cap I'm good to go.
Thanks Silver, I have been known to do the same thing when the temp was in the 20s. Are you ordering silver again?
My c5 and c6 where both silver with black interior. I therefore want a change of both exterior and interior this time around. I have finally decided on artic white with spice red interior and top. Currently looking at getting a competitive price and will then immediately place order. Will post photos.
That'll be beautiful, and yes, make sure you chronicle your experiences with build through delivery. Those threads are always fun.
As for me, I'm staring out of my office window at sun and 75 degrees. I'm about to leave early today, and the top will go down as I'm leaving my office parking garage. That doesn't happen very often in Feb around here, and tomorrow will push 80.
