So I've watched videos and looked at how to guides but don't want to break something. Removed the three screws but the junction block bracket is still held down by the 5 wires connected to the fuse box(es). How do those come off so the entire bracket can be removed?
Ok so those tabs on each block you push them in and each one slides out individually. They remove pretty easy just don't rush it. LMK if this makes sense of not, I can try and draw some errors to the tabs if that will help.

Arrows would help, looked for every tab available and figured I'd post here and ask for help before breaking something. Are the tabs on the inside, like between the 5 boxes along the centerline or along the outside edge of the bracket? When you say push in are you saying squeeze something or press something down? Trying to ask as many questions so no diagrams are necessary but if you can put an arrow it'd be appreciated lol

Squeeze the arrows in
Remove the five colored plugs from the bottom of the fuse block. Each of the five plugs has a curved retaining clip on the outer edge of the tray. By squeezing this clip slightly the plugs can be slid outward ~1 inch and then lifted up and out of the tray.
Remove the three nuts (10mm socket) that retain the fuse block tray to the engine compartment and lift the tray free from the car and the plugs
