This is so true. I've been told, and seen for myself that the most serious 'incidents' happen to the instructors run group, closely followed by when the Advanced group and Instructor group runs together as happens on many a Sunday afternoon. It really is such ********, and the worst thing is is that many times, an Instructor won't get black flagged for acting like a complete *******.
The only thing even worse is when the 'race car' group is allowed on track; then it's a complete free for all.

I would NOT use this video as a reference for either the Z06 or the GT3 regarding their handling, speed, quickness, balance, braking or "tossibilty" as both of the drivers are most surely novices and heavily rely on ham-fistedness and nannies to save them
I imagine the Z06's rear pads were done after this one session due to the PTM/TC/AH activation on EVERY turn.
I have run with many GT3's and although on paper they have 175 hp LESS than the Z06 (and my ZR1) they are very, very quick .
It is challenging (for me at least) to keep up with a similar skilled driver in a 991 GT3.
oh, yeah, I own both a ZR1 and 991 GT3, so no fanboism here

Seems the driver of the Z06 had something to prove. Very immature driver, the GT3 was killing it but both driver sucked

I live just over an hour away from this track, and really should hit it more often!
Anyway, this guy is a bit of a lunatic, but I still have to give him props for pushing the car and not killing anyone, himself included!
I too loved it when he honked, and cursed out the Porsche...
I've been on that track with both my Supercharged C5 and my H/C C6, this is one of my favorite tracks, maybe because it like 3 long straights and a few turns. Makes it easy to go fast on if you have power, brakes, tires, and *****!! lol
I've got a bunch of video from this track, here's one with the C6 on Pirelli Scrubs pulling on a Porsche GT3 Cup car!
