I think on my wheels, the label was created when they went to the boat. When the shipper gets the wheels in LA, the tracking starts. The wheels had come to my house earlier than the shipment said.

My experience: Ordered AEROLARRI Wheels 7-20-21, completed and to the boat 8-13-21, shipping started 8-19-21. Wheels at my home 10-6-21.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I’ll be 4 months to get them.

I sure hope I like them.

My tracking number just said label created for weeks, so I assumed they were on a boat stuck off the coast of California. I would check it every few days, but the status didn't change until they were a couple of days out for delivery. When I could finally see them in transit, they were delivered a couple of days later. Don't get discouraged!

They are the black ghost glazed polished. I took the pics about an hour before sunset with the sun behind me. I really like how they can change color depending on light just like how the red mist changes. It also changes color based on the surface of the road being reflected off the wheel. Light or chrome appearance on concrete and more black on asphalt.

Anyone familiar with the Black or Silver Phantom Diffuse Diffraction finish option listed on the Aerolarri website…couldn’t find a pic?

thanks

At night do they look black?

Also, I don't think anyone has posted weights on these wheels, so I weighed the rears and they are 26.2 lbs ea, which again is a 20x12. So that is 5.9lbs lighter than the OEM rear wheel, and these wheels are 1 inch wider! Big difference!

Any pics on the car? Didn’t search the thread entirely and you may have posted.

I bought the same although I did glazed polished. Now just have to wait for delivery.

Thanks

No I actually re-sold the car right away, due to market conditions. I couldn't leave that kind of cash sitting on the table. Have another one on order though. Probably be another 9 months or so.

Great setup… Do you have any Pictures yet. I would love to see them because I am trying to make a choice for my HTC Arctic White C8. Thanks

For a while, I've had my eye on the Hurricanes and the Threshers, in UFO Glazed Brush, then decided on the Hurricanes- like yours in 19x9 / 20x11.5- but in Black Ghost Polished.

Seeing the finish on forum member @jagamajajaran 's car and seeing how the color changes depending on different lighting, is what made me go with that finish.

I spent a good amount of time chatting with Chet over the weekend, and after asking about a thousand and some questions, I'll be placing my order with him tomorrow for the Hurricanes in Black Ghost Polished even though I won't be getting the car for about a year.

Maybe getting the wheels now will help me feel that the arrival of the car is eventual.
I was trying to choose between the same 2 color choices. It is hard to make a decision just looking at pictures, but what you said about the changing of color based off the lighting sounds good so I will order the Ghost Black Polished and pray I made the best choice.
