The salesman called today. My Torch Red HTC has been built and setting waiting for the shipper to pick up. Said a few days to a few weeks before it arrives in Ankeny, IA.
As a side note, the Corvette Concierge added that the shipper would be contacted once final inspections are complete. How that long that will take is dependent if they find anything wrong I guess. Oh well too early to drive it home with 8” of snow predicted for today. 🤔🙏😎

Good news, GM invoiced my dealer today, so I'm assuming it's ready to ship. Under 7 days. Tomorrow OnStar will be turned on and I can track my baby to AC. I think Ciocca only has 4 cars built ready to ship, so mine won't be an express to AC. Six stops along the way.

Congratulations, Faste60; Hope the weather cooperates and you get her safely home.

I also got a call yesterday from my dealer saying they was invoiced and car was waiting on shipping and expects it by early next week . Just in time for another snow storm here in Virginia. Now if I can only manage to dodge the weather and get it into the garage
Can anyone advise on how I could get a TPW or who to contact? I'm at 3000 now, just trying to get all my ducks in a row . Thanks guys.
I don't think you can get a TPW at 3000 or am I wrong? If so, I'd love to know how as well as I've been at 3000 since mid-Nov. Corvette Concierge is only able to tell me I'm still at 3000.

Thanks KCC8, I really hate to bug Shane since I don't have a Museum delivery. I'll probably wait it out and see what shakes out next week. It does seem the museum has info that hasn't filtered down to the dealer or even the Concierge team yet.

i thought the same - shot him an email and had a response in 5 mins. Have not followed up for changes though
Received a call from Ethan at NCM today to give him the inscription i want on the second line of my Corvette Museum Delivery. This is the first contact I have had from Chevy on my car since giving the build to Vincent at Ciocca. The time is getting close. I asked Ethan some questions about adding accessories, and he said to email Shane when I order them and tell him they are coming. I also asked how long they can keep the car after it arrives. He said Chevrolet wants them to be picked up with 30 days of their arrival at the NCM.

Ethan and Shane and others at the NCM don't work for Chevy nor GM, the NCM isn't a GM organization. You should be in GM's new status reporting system, check with Vincent. I was told I'm not in because it started with the Dec allocations.

I've been told that shipping and invoicing your dealer happen at the same time. So check if your dealer has been invoiced yet.
do you know if its true or not i can have the car delivered to my local Chevy dealership from the factory for an additional $500 fee even though I'm buying through Ciocca?
I'll tell you; I see so many BS answers from salesmen. Get them to turn on your OnStar and you can track it yourself. Only the dealer can turn it on before you take delivery, but they can. I learned this trick from a couple of west coast guys.
