Obviously possible, but not for the "common-man". The stars would have to totally line up; the dealership gets their allocation, their top salesman calls his top customers, says he's got a Corvette allocation, the customer says go for it and bam, done. Just one possible scenario
We all know it isn’t the norm. There are three of us that I know of with Jan allocations that will be getting our cars after several of the Feb allocation. After watching that video I’ve tried to figure out the possible reason Feb allocations would be built first. Makes less sense now than it did! 😂😂😂 not a big deal, I’m close. I’m actually hoping when I go 3400 my TPW will go back to 3/7 where it was first.

Lol basically how it happened with me. 1 week after calling around I got a call from a salesman at a dealership that only gets a few allocations every couple of months. Didn’t even remember him because all he did was take my name and number when I called. No deposit. No info. Just “I’ll call you” . I figured I was being blown off or that he was clueless on the ordering process.

I finally moved on from 3000, shane emailed me saying 3300 but still 3/14 TPW.
Nah, I paid for a museum membership and donated some money just so I had another avenue for information. I was just using corvette concierge at first, but when I sat at 3000 for longer than I had seen others sit, I remembered reading somewhere on here that Shane at the museum could see stuff they couldn’t. He’s who I initially got my TPW from, the concierge didn’t know at the time.

I did the same thing with the membership for that reason. I didn’t know he would actually text you. I just email him. He’s always really quick to respond. Hope as manager he gets a bonus from memberships.
When I was waiting for my Gen 6 Camaro there was a woman on the forum who worked at a dealership and had access to the information and checked probably 100 a day for people. She ended up getting quite a few sales from it and a lot of people sent her small gifts.

I might have to get a Membership also, if it yields those results. Because every time I call the Concierge they say the same thing, Event Code 3000. Because I am fighting the clock to get a VIN before March 15th when the Federal Reserve meet. They have already said they will be raising interest rates.
I was told that GM sends update emails on Fridays, and so far that has been true, as all my updates from them have been Friday. However, my dealer knows before then, as my salesperson send me an update early in the week, then I get same update from GM on Friday.
