It has the button, but I haven't clicked it. I plan on trying it soon since I'm nearing the next DCT filter interval milestone.
Hi there, new member here with a 2022 I picked up in March. I was wondering if you actually clicked the button yet and verified the Elite Fit performed the flush? Or has anyone else confirmed this for any C8s before 2023 with
The dct flush on 20-22's can only be done through Techline Connect. 23 and up have the process written in the cars tcm the 20-22's don't. This is why 3rd party scanners can't do it.

My unit just got another software update so I'm going to give it a try since my car goes in for the 3-year DCT service next week.

But has anyone actually tried it? The scanner has other test programs coded into it...no reason it couldn't also have the HSF coded too. Yes, this is self-serving optimism at work.

Looking forward to your report!
I have $5k in scan tools and MDI2 is the only one that will do 20-22. Yes I've tried with launch, Zurich, autel and creader.

There was another post a while back that seemed to suggest that the scan tool actually writes the code into the tcm (apparently only needed for the 2020-2022). It was part of a statement from the maker of one of the devices that will not do it, and that was the reason given, that it could not update the tcm. Don't know if it is accurate. But the question is, once completed one time using Techline Connect, is the code now in the tcm, so it could in fact be completed with a 3rd party tool?
Updated to GM V49.70 just now... I'm going to try my 2021 this weekend. Anyone with a MY23-24 in DFW want to test it on their car too?
Not to be Debbie downer but unfortunately it won't work on the 21. As of today the Launch can only trigger what the tcm has programmed. That may change in the future. It does work on 23-24.

Sad to report that you are indeed correct. Oh well, was worth a shot.
Maybe something will change in the future on these 3rd party scanners but from my experience the MDI2 clone works fine with Techline Connect. You can get them for around $200.

So for 2023s+ can the 3rd party scanners now do the flush procedure without a money-grab GM subscription?
I have a late 23 and hoping someone could post the part # and or link to the scanners that been tested to work other than the MDI2?
I'm in Hawaii and very few certified Corvette techs here.
Will having the CANFD ADAPTER for the Launc x431 allow the scan tool to communicate with the TCM for the flush? Or am I being hopefully optimistic?
Are there any good write ups for the MDI2 set up?
As said above only 23+ can be done with 3rd party tools period. Maybe that will change in the future but not as of now. Techline Connect can do all years the same as the dealer but you need a vin unlock and 3 day subscription.
Thank You mortelec. I thought you only needed the three day subscription to download the GDS2 software from https://www.acdelcotds.com/subscriptions. But you need both, the vin unlock at $45 for 2yrs, and a subscription at $64 for three days. Plus the cost of the MDI2 hardware and laptop which i got.
Does the GSD2 software update the MDI2 or you need to download the software from Bosch for that as well?
blkgenius and mortelec are correct! on 2022 and earlier C8s nothing will work other than MDI2 and GSD2 software. I tried Launch X431 v49.82 and it could not communicate with the TCM module, message was that the module rejected the command input. The messaging is nicer but it is a communication error. I tried both the flush and leak test. wadejesu, I suspect Foxwell NT 510 Elite will not work either.
I will be looking into purchasing the MDI2 hardware tool and at 64 bucks for 3 days it is still more cost effective than a visit to the dealer. In essence GM is allowing DIYers to work on their cars.
Still looking for clarification if the VIN option needs to be purchased or not if you are using MDI2 and GSD2 subscription.
