Current map of County Sheriffs who have openly opposed the ban and will defy enforcement, as of 9pm CST on 1/11, just barely 24 hours post ban signed. Come onnnnn DuPage! Maybe if ISP won't go full brown nose up Pritzker The Hutts *** then we can relax through the entire court process of getting Prtiz and his friend for treason and overturning this law. Dog speed Illinois!

This is a great 32 minute video explaining in good detail exactly what was passed, what is banned and how it affects gun owners and conceal carry license holders in Illinois.
79/102 defied as of noon today, 1/12, just over 36 hours post ban.
DuPage county has yet to put out its own formal statement, however they stand aligned with ISA and I believe they will issue their own statement to defy today.
ISRA, SAF , and FPC have joined together for the lawsuit against the state. No timeline yet however with such a strong push so soon I have a good feeling that we might get somewhere before the month is over.
Official statement from DuPage county! We’re in the clear!
If you want to read all the Seethe and Mald from wine aunt Karen’s, you can find it here. What the hell do these people do with their life that got them to this point ?
Slightly out of date county map as of last night, though Kendall, Kane, and DuPage can now firmly be put down as non enforcing / non complying. Have yet to get a statement from Will.
Will County Sheriff has made a statement. It’s a solid opposed but enforcement unclear. He agrees that it violates the constitution and that he believes it infringes upon law abiding citizens, looks forward to the court cases. A solid maybe for now.

I did hear there was a huge tragedy in Illinois, there was an "assault" weapon and magazine eating amoeba that devoured them. Origins were a gun factory in China. It is a horrible organism I think gun control groups funded it, so those that did not comply won't have to, since it entirely devoured everything.. just sad... amoeba also devoured some smaller magazines and you can contact CDC and ATF to request a vaccine for smaller magazines and a booster 6 months from now.
what are you talking about? You don’t have anything to register though?
Do you think IL shooting ranges will check your firearm registration status before using to see if what you have is legit and allowed? What about gun stores, if you ever sell or trade a firearm? Lots of questions with this new firearm law, not that I have anything to register.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A downstate judge granted a temporary restraining order to put a "pause" on a new law that bans many assault weapons in Illinois Friday afternoon.
The TRO stops the state from enforcing the ban, but only includes those who were named parties in the lawsuit.

Effingham County Judge Joshua Morrison ruled that the plaintiffs are substantially likely to succeed on the merits of their argument that the state government did not comply with state regulations requiring legislation to have one subject or to be read three times in each house of the legislature and violated the due process and equal protection clauses of the state constitution.

Glad we have the judge on our side to rule against these tyrannical ******** in Springfield. They think we shouldn’t have any say at all in our laws. Bastards. Explains why they rammed it through for lame duck. They knew it wouldn’t pass otherwise.
