Now I'm getting these error messages:
Fatal error: Unable to connect to memcache server in [path]/includes/class_datastore.php on line 224
Pages are still slow to load, taking up to 20 seconds on occasion and the database errors are not good signs.
I still have to beleive that IB is doing something to help performance. Aren't they ?

Been getting database error messages all day today. It's terrible and it's been terrible since IB took over. I don't have these kind of problems on other forums and this forum didn't have these problems previously.

They are horribly inept. One problem is they are not one of "us" and the forum is just another business for them. Much better in the days of yesteryear when Jim and Troy were involved with the ownership and operation.

OK so I am not the only one getting the CONTINUED Data base errors, slow load times etc .

My feelings also, I been getting that message a lot also. Loading times are sporadic, I jump in and out of the forum a lot each day.
Slower than it was before the takeover at best, and it worst it barely moves.

Yeah, agree with everyone. Performance is in the toilet, database errors all over the place. It's been going down hill for days now.
I also love how the moderators are locking threads (like in C1/C2) just because people voice their opinions about it. This is america right? Does Freedom of Speech not mean anything anymore?
I am venting cause this is where the moderator said to come and bring it.

The forum is a private place, they can say they hate Jews, N*****s, Gays explicitly on rotating banners at the top of the page and kick anyone they suspect might fit into those categories and there is nothing you can do.
