Spotted a MY C6 CV southbound from Auburn on SR167 yesterday. Special wheels flashing in what sun was available. I overtook and passed, my wife gave a good wave as did he. He should at least smile when that close.
From: Manchester - Political correctness is tyranny with manners.
Dark blue C6 and a burgundy C5 at I-5 and SR12 near Spiffy's at about 1130 AM, Monday. The poor little C5 looked like it had been driven on 40 miles of logging roads during a rainstorm.

And it very well may have done just that. I figure those guys on "Ax Men" are making enough off their fame now to be able to buy Corvettes.
You know, I've been following this since it started and think Mike, you're right. We're either too early, or there are too many Corvette drivers who don't hang out on this forum, or there are some that do hang out on this venue, but don't want their wives or girl friends to find out where they were on any given day and time.
I sure like the idea, it was great fun on the Ducati Forum, but if no one is going to respond, we seem like a bunch of birdwatchers spotting some rare species of orthanological bewilderment. At least we share it among ourselves - which is good - but perhaps we should consider simply hanging out at freeway rest stops as a group, with binoculars and a checklist.

I've had my new Corvette for six days and have driven about three hundred miles. While driving it, I've seen one other Corvette (that I waved to and got a wave back) and have seen one other Corvette at a gas pump (Chevron station at 148th and 51st St. in Redmond). That's it.
I guess very few others are driving theirs. If you see me, I have a CRM coupe with a white Ken Fichtner plastic license plate holder and Montana temporary tag. Rain or shine.

I'm in Redmond as well(Bridal Trails area) in a black c5 vert...I'll keep an eye out

I belong to the Central Park tennis club nestled up right against Bridal Trails so I'll be driving on 132nd and then 60th quite often, though they have these humongous speed bumps that I'm not sure I can get over without breaking a rocker. I know there's one other person with a torch red C6 that seems to make it into the parking lot fine, so I'll have to give it a shot.
I had to run into work tonight and took the LONG way home. I used to enjoy driving out on 202 to Ames Lake and then all of the backroads, but Ames Lake itself is so beat up now that it's better suited for an SUV. Was all that damage from this winter? Still, I made the best of it and got my fix while it was still dry!
And so far, six days, about 300 miles, and I've seen one other Corvette on the road (one wave, one wave returned) and one getting gas. Where is everyone?
CRM? C6 with a personalized license plate that said "Dancer" on HW126 near Eugene.
Silver C5 by Supercuts near Willamette and 30th. =)
EgoTrippin - I see "Dancer" quite often and it is always sparkling clean, even on rainy days.
The silver C5 coupe you saw - was it filthy, nasty dirty? I see one on my way home almost daily that looks like it hasn't been washed since it was dealer-prepped in 1997. Another silver `98 lives just 3 houses down the street and she keeps it clean, could have been that one also.

Get yourself some rocker rails. They're easy to install and have saved me. Also make jacking the car up easier.
Mine is still in the garage due to weather and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Mr. Peabody...
I saw you this morning bogged down in traffic on I-5 South created by that badly destroyed camper. What a mess. I was driving my CRM c-6 disguised as a White Yukon Denali..LOL. Actually, the Corvette is nicely waxed and sitting in the garage awaiting better weather - until I get the chance to wash the Yukon so I can put it in the garage for a good waxing. I hate getting too many cars/vehicles dirty with winter crud, it seems like you never get caught up keeping them clean.

The silver c5 was actually very dirty, so much so that I remember commenting to my wife about it when we drove past. =P
I saw a red FRC c5 (z06?) on Gateway Street in Springfield this morning. If it wasn't a z06, then at the very least your exhaust sounds nice.

I managed to make it in and out of the parking lot without scraping. The pine needles, though, are a bit irritating.
Will be heading out soon to run some errands around the Redmond/Bellevue area. CRM with a white "Ken Fichtner" rear license plate, no front plate, and a temporary Montana tag. I need to practice my wave and so far have only gotten to do it once!

Ahhh so that's who it was. Yes, you honked and waived and I'm thinking ok now who do I know with a White Yukon?? It looks nice. We used to have a 96 and I miss it. The wife made me give it up back in 05 when I bought the vette as we had no place to park it. (which is why I don't have a second vehicle for days like today).
Thank you for letting me move over into your lane when we got to the rolled over camper
Whew, was out for about an hour today around the noon hour. What a gullywasher! Even with brand new GS2's, it was hydroplaning at anything over 55 MPH, I guess just as a result of a 3200 pound car and wide tires. It's clearly going to get worse as tread depth decreases. Good reason to get rid of these noisy, noisy tires!
Didn't see another Corvette either. I guess considering how hard it rained, I would have been pretty surprised to.
