List your Dyno Numbers
You guys make alot of good points. I tend to agree with PRAY on alot of the issues.
I've always said that driver can greatly affect mph.
Other things that play a significant role on mph that people often overlook are tire type, tire diameter, shift points, powershifting, gearing clutch,etc...
.HP is a constant factor and the driver can not make it a greater or lesser number. If you were to allow a average driver to run your car down the strip a few times so as to get the feel of the car. I have no doubt that his trap speeds would be close to yours but with the ET's being much slower.

shift points
shift speed
shift timing(clutch in/out left foot+right arm coordination)
hitting the limiter
powershifting or not
Launch technique(any bog will kill mph)
Maintaining rpm on launch
I have seen some significant swings in mph because of the above factors with different drivers in the same car.
Another point is that some people have great control over their vettes and are excellent drivers yet don't have the experience on the strip which of course is reflected in et and mph somewhat.
The other mechanical things I mentioned above were just things that some might overlook.

2.2453 60'....................1.6551 60'
5.4494 330'...................4.6281 330'
7.9673 1/8 ET................70379 1/8 ET
101.34 1/8 MPH..............102.27 1/8 MPH
10.095 1000'..................9.101 1000'
118.56 1000' MPH...........120.01 1000' MPH
11.827 1/4 ET................10.791 1/4 ET
132.65 1/4 MPH..............133.44 1/4 MPH
The two above examples are from Milan Dragway...same driver, same car, with my 11.00 set up. As it is quit obvious that the one run was a complete wash out based on ET,however, the MPH still held up due to the fact that HP is a constant factor with no input from the driver.

P.S. the fastest my car has trapped this year with this set up is 134.73

MPH didn't change going from +200 to -2200 though even though RWHP should have been higher. Go figure. Same driver, more power.

My bolt-on LS1 dynoed at 325 hp & 325 tq which puts it at the bottom of the list.
The car runs good though, 11.939 @ 114.8 with the 2:73 gear. Mods include a honker intake, a 2800 Torque Converter and LT headers.
