My Super tickets just got here. 
This will be my 24th (in a row) 24 hours of Daytona. Spending the night in the Vette, is sure better then the Jeep was.

Sounds like a good time, count me as tentative. You guys camp out or book a hotel nearby?
Last time I went to watch racing and camped was for 24hr WERA cycle racing at Nelson Ledges... I can still remember all the smoke from the camp fires drifting across the track. People brought all kinds of crazy scaffolding from construction/painting to get up high to see more of the track.

Hey guys dont forget the PICTURES.
I envy you guys. I will have the Speed TV on in the garage when working on the car ( about time).
Hopefully the Black Banner Engineering Corvette with Leight Reese and Tommy Archer of SPeedworld Challange racing will have some good competion for the Prosches and Pontiacs in the GT class.
That Synergy DP with that new Porsche engine should be tough.

Stangkiller, Any idea if CF members will be in the same location as last year or to early to confirm? Maybe if CF has more than one banner we could put it on top of my motor home in view of a SPEED TV camera! Thanks lockz!

After you get there Friday and stake something out for us, post here to let us know where to head on Saturday, k? As you know, infield traffic on Saturday morning is quite congested and we'll need some guidance.
Last year's spot afforded great access to track views, the paddock, and the infield food. Good luck!

Allright guys, BAD NEWs...less than a week left and no solid news from the track....guess i waited too long this year.
Here's the plan...i'm headed over Friday ngiht for some BBQ and early drinking. I'd really appreciate any help that I can, Bring your cars and tents and take up lots of space, we'll then steak out as much room as we can for as many members as we can. I will try and snag some space in the general area we were last year, but NO PROMISES. You're best be would be to call me sometime Friday evening to find out for sure. I'm not sure if i'll be able to post my location. So call me post here or check here.
My number is 321-508-9820 I'm hoping to be there by early Friday afternoon, I'll have my truck and probably not my Vette. As i'll have a big tent and table and such.
It's a WHITE 97 Chevy Suburban.
