C6 Corvette Grand Sport With Callaway SC606 Package Is Pure Perfection

This C6 Corvette Grand Sport is a relatively rare Callaway SC606 model with just 18k miles, and it’s up for sale right now.

Callaway Cars is one of the older and more established names in the Corvette world, a third-party company that has created many performance upgrades for America’s sports car over the years, as well as some famous turnkey versions of it, too. That continues to be the case today – in addition to other GM vehicles – and those same Callaway packages are generally fantastic ways to coax a lot of extra performance out of even older models, such as this C6 Corvette Grand Sport.

This Torch Red C6 Corvette Grand Sport featured in a recent video from Corvette World is equipped with the Callaway SC606 package, and it just so happens to be up for sale with 18k miles on the clock for an asking price of $43,995. For that outlay of cash, one is getting a pretty amazing and well-rounded package, including a 2.3-liter supercharger that helps it churn out a cool 606 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque – exceeding the stock Z06, and getting pretty close to ZR1 levels of performance. That power flows to the wheels via an automatic gearbox in this case.

In addition to a big power boost, this C6 Corvette features a host of other upgrades completed by Callaway Cars – including its OZ Super LRA wheels, finished in satin black, covering silver Brembo brake calipers. One will also find a Callaway-modified hood up front with a bulge to make room for the supercharger, along with a transparent roof and all of the signature styling elements fans love about this generation of Grand Sport, to boot.

Inside the cabin, this well-equipped 3LT-trimmed C6 Corvette features a two-tone red and black interior with cross-flag embroidery in the headrests, an aftermarket Pioneer stereo system with navigation, memory seats, a heads-up display, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, embroidered floor mats, plus Callaway-branded brushed finish door sills and a unique plate behind the shifter.

Aside from being a pretty cool car in its own right, this C6 Corvette Grand Sport Callaway SC606 is also a pretty rare machine, and a nice one at that. It comes with the original window sticker and Callaway paperwork, plus a certificate of authenticity, too.
