OPTIMA Presents Corvette of the Week: Black Rose Bombshell
This Corvette of the Week is a rare find. Chevrolet produced only 502 ZR-1s for the 1992 model year, and among those, only 48 were painted in this car’s Black Rose Metallic. Admittedly, the color is not for everyone, but as much as its shade varies in different environments, the hue would certainly stand out in a sea of tin-can, commuter-car traffic.
Forum member “NVNO1” recently sold this C4 ZR-1 to “gs568“. Ironically both the seller and buyer are named “David/Dave”. This is yet another example of the quality of fiberglass that is being exchanged on the “For Sale/Wanted” section of Corvette Forum. Enjoy your clean ZR-1, “gs568“.
