Can someone post pics of the install or where the connection is? I'm pondering a purchase but would like to see how easy the install is first. Please help!

I just installed a Neucleus NC-X2i in my 2005 6CD, XM, NO NAV coupe. Install was easy. It took 15 minutes. See above. Works great!! And sound fantastic!!!!

Got the replacement module today in the mail, I hooked it up, it works great.
The green light does go out sometimes when you shut the car off, other times after a certain amount of time. Today was the first day, and I didnt get a chance to fugure out the shut down process.... I'm leaving the box exposed for now until I am 100% sure.

No it did not
it used the XM radio preset stations, so it was alittle hard to remember what to press, I am sure with practice you would remember.
but on manual mode it worked great, almost liked that better...
Any other issues pop up in the last couple days? Where do you have the IPOD connector routed in your car?...does it have enough cable to get to the console? Thanks for the info.
The guys at AI also said that if someone knew of a place where they could rent a 06 C6 with NAV, etc... they would do that in a heartbeat, but they haven't been able to find one anywhere near where they are.
Well where are they? I have a C6 with nav, and I called and left a message with AI, but have not heard back from them.
C6's have that built in electronic delay that keeps certain things running even after shutting off the engine. It's possible that the circuitry in the X2 is somehow fooled into thinking the car is still running. Maybe it needs to "poll" the electronics a bit later to determine if the car is off?
Victor said the real issue right now is not the on/off problem, but that some customers cannot even get the thing to work on the Nav screens.
