I had nothing on them, but when I was getting my cage teched in October the inspector told me to cover them. The right sized vacuum caps fit over them perfectly and look like they're meant to be there.

Those door beams are really heavy... cut them out! Interesting that you have your transponder on the switch. On my car I wired it to the spare pigtail in the passenger footwell that is 12v switched power. So if the ignition isn't turned "ON" then it doesn't get any power. However, I think I read that in '03 GM did away with that spare pigtail so it may not be an option for you.

Bah... I never got on the Zaino craze. That's one family of products I've never tried. My waxerdom has gotten lazy over the years. I use Meguiar's Ultimate Compound with an orange pad then follow up with Rejex and that's it

If it is family they do not apply. My kids were disappointed when I added hours for attempted sedition.

Regarding Mark's bragging... we all can't have a Hoosier fairy munchkin with small arms and hands who's good at following Daddy's instructions.

That looks great. Nice and neat especially for a race car. I believe at Nationals Mark had a mess of wires riding shotgun...

Soap? Whats soap? My car is lucky if it gets a quick hose spray. Soap would just be spoiling it!

Thanks, Mike.

Brent,

I was ready to buy those and saw that Pegasus does not offer the use of PayPal. Trying to spend some of the money from interior parts sales before hitting the credit card. If anyone sees those things somewhere else, let me know.

For the life of me I KNOW I have seen them on a shelf at a store. I checked Advance and Lowe's at lunch with no luck.
