Yes, it's barely presentable...

You should look up "Wolfdog" in the C6 Section. He is a Zaino fanatic and drives a black C6 that looks like a mirror - just like your hood.
He would freak if he saw your thread on your car...
His CF handle is "Wolfdogs" (plural).
Let me introduce you to WD- check out the pic in his first post...

I've followed this from the beginning, and just let me reiterate, you're work is an inspiration. To accomplish this in a home garage --even with your impressive crew -- is an absolute WOW. Your attention to detail is beyond impresive... Now, enjoy it.
Great stuff, Colonel.(I think) Definately great stuff... Colonel, I think.

Very nice job
There is one thing i wonder about and that is why you did paint all the all the red on the car and not black?

Thanks for the comments... Knowing the colors I was contemplating for the exterior and knowing I was going with a red interior, I decided that I would use the red interior color to provide accents in the engine compartment and under-carriage... One thing I wish I would've done was to paint the engine in the same color red not the traditional Chevy Orange...

Here you can see the original size on the right, size I needed in the middle, and an old air fitting that I secured the "bushing" to spin it down...

Here it is on the drill...

Here it is against the sand paper that I stuck to the inside of my shop trash can to catch all the little pieces of rubber...

Needless to say, the garage smells like I just did a burnout!!! Still have some work to do on the car before I am ready to attempt that, but the smell of speed was nice... Sure the family will hate it!!!

Here it is in place and with the new bumper bolt sticking through... Not a bad 5 minutes to get it down to size...

Oh yeah, the side marker light looks awesome as well...
Thanks for looking, following and commenting...

Now comes the putting everything back together. When I got to that stage on mine so many of the parts that were OK before paint suddenly didn't look good enough anymore. But eventually after redoing the whole suspension and most of the interior it was back together. Funny how that works.
