If you run out of wall space in the garage, you could start hanging parts in the living room as well.

1968 steering gear box
Hello, I'm new to the forum and have a 1968 Vette. I would like to know where to purchase the correct steering gear box.... I see many places selling 68-82 gear boxs but I also see conflicting info that suggests the 68 gear box is not the same as the 69-82. I called Elkers and they could not help me... crazy. Can anyone point me to the correct "new" gear box for the car.
Also, I mannaged to break the clutch pedal rod... the stock rod is very thin, does anyone sell a heavy duty one?
Thanks so much,
Paul

The body man will re-install the hinges and shim the lid before doing any more ?leveling?...………......……………….
The deck lid has come a long way. The previous owner had the lid permanently bonded to the rear clip. I had to literally cut the lid aloose so I could open it......……......…….........….....

"Slowwwwwly I turn...……." I'm about finished installing pegboard and decided to make a generic work bench/8 feet wide by 2 feet deep at the back wall of the garage addition. Nothing fancy/I'm saving that money for car stuff...…...
I'll install a vice on the left side of the bench and finish the pegboard Monday.
I didn't get a chance to take more pics at the Painter's shop today.

You probably mentioned this T but is there an ETA on when the car will be back to you? You'll have a nice clean shop waiting when it does. I like the metal top work bench.
