door gaps
How nice to see you back on your own thread!
The door gaps:
First the passenger's side front gap appears to be a little wide at the top BUT this is quite typical of the fit at that location of cars when they left St.Louis.
Many, many original cars I see show a similar gap as your photo does. In fact your photo actually looks GOOD to my eye.
Next the driver's side gap at the top/front looks a bit wider than I wish it did. It MAY be possible to decrease that gap with some careful positioning of the hinges on the hinge pillar and in the door's frame.
As I said in my original post you are someone limited to what can be achieved with a painted car and because as the door is moved on it's hinges, or the hinges are moved, improving the fit at one point on the door may create a problem at the opposite corner of the door.
How about an overall photo of the driver's side door so all the gaps can be seen in one photo

Alan
And IF the very bottom of the door at the front and back where the gap is...is not in the photo when you take it straight on...then another one needs to be taken straight on. Not looking down or from the front or rear...straight on.
Offering you any suggestions on what needs to be done is pointless and is only a guess... unless these photos are a posted.
YES...I can see that the passenger door seems to be down at the back...but the camera angle is looking down and not taken when down on one knee looking straight at it. ....but I am more worried about the front gap and how the door is in relation to the fender. And without being able to see that gap from top to bottom...we are just chasing our tails.
