I just checked, its all there but there is no belt on them. is this a backup for the water pump?
It's an important belt to drive the water pump. Without that belt, the power steering belt is driving everything....PS, Alt., & Compressor.
I wouldn't drive mine without that belt installed.
There are several threads concerning the rear belt, size, and how to install.

thanks Green, didn't know that. I will have to see if I can find these posts about it. maybe that's why I still get a little squeal when I rev engine high. looks like maybe all the belts have to come off to install it.

BTW, the BB's with A/C has the idler pulley, without A/C doesn't.
Yes, they all come off. You'll find that many of us will remove the water pump pulley, put the belt on the crank, then the wp pulley and get it onto the wp studs.
Remove all the belts ,remove nuts and washers on fan to water pump ,put short belt on crank pulley then pull up on water pump pulley and slide over studs on water pump. These belts are so short they don't stretch much .Make sure studs on water pump are not too long as it will be difficult to get pulley over and spin engine over a little to center water pump pulley before final tighten
Now that I have confused you have fun.
