I'm with you on this one ... but ... once they receive the crate ... you shouldn't expect them to drop everything & have everyone in place right away ... I wouldn't expect a careful teardown, comprehensive inspection (& any testing), and a studied response until they've had crate at test site for at least 3-5 business days. Do verify where & when they got the crate ... once that's known, I'm sure you're more anxious for a resolution than any of us ... but chill.
