Don't know what possessed me to by a crate engine from Nebraska anyway.
I know what you mean brotha!!! I bought one from Virginia and I live in Oregon Mine ended up up the same as yours!!! Now I am putting together my own with the help of some local machine shops.
Just left ole Keith a message on his cell phone.........(I'm sure it's a business cell). Basically asked him to call me first thing in the morning, and let's get this over. Requested an immediate inspection of the motor, and for the good of both of us, let's move on.
I'm going to the poker room.......anyone play on holdem.com? lol.....I need some help!!
Seriously, I'm glad this wasn't a case of a daily driver. Could you imagine?
This has now gone beyond money or a refund. It's called doing what is right. I have probably made this a difficult decision for them, regardless of the inspection. It's really irrelevant at this time. May have sealed my doom.
But then again, some folks wouldn't have the ***** to go public, until after the fact, which is always to late.
All in.

It's supposed to be beautiful weather for us this weekend.....mid 70's. Think I'll take the T's off, crank the ole reliable GM ZZ crate up, listen to the sweet rumble from the sidepipes and cruise a while. Be thinking of ya.

Once again..........I pass the ball.
Two posts ago you were talking about having a few "cold ones in ya" so right about now I'm imagining some barely coherent voicemail full of slurred words and mumbles.

I'm totally chill now.........few cold ones in me.......life is grand.
Truthfully, they deny, won't hurt me. Probably shouldn't say that, but I've been totally honest so far. I'll just dispute it till the day I die, and get a local quality build done. Don't know what possessed me to by a crate engine from Nebraska anyway. WTF? All they know about is corn........and football.
Life has a way of making things equal out.
Peace. And keep it civil guys. Let me be the one that errupts and get's banned for life for expressing my feelings.
You're right. Life does have a way of making things equal out. Hopefully you will get what you have coming to you.

2.) Just like Wal-Mart if you want to return something you have to return
the product to where you purchased it from before anything can happen. This
has not happened as of yet.
Last time I checked Wal-Mart gave Refunds or Replacements as long as you have a receipt. I think they even give them without receipts as long as you say you bought it there. To them the customer is always right, even if they aren't because that is just good practice.

Yes, but to the best of my knowledge they don't give you the refund before you even bring it back.
Gosh, Keisler sent me junk, wrong parts, junk, wrong parts and more wrong parts over a 5 month period while my 57 was apart on my lift.....waiting during prime summer months!!! It only took an additional 6 weeks to get my money back after I threw up my hands. These guys might have an excuse('s) also.
You know, gotten to where I really don't give a chit.........it's springtime here, and I got a bass boat with a 150 on the back, that will outrun my vette that's in the garage.
