If they don't work this out , I say we all send them an email stating they 've lost us as a potential customer. If you want their attention , dont grab em by the ba!!s , grab em by the wallet
It may have an impact if they are getting alot of "rejects" from customers...trying imagine this shop producing 100 engines/day...
Well, it would certainly be interesting if you showed them this thread and they signed up with the forum and became part of this dialog.
It would be really interesting to hear their response to some of the issues raised in this thread.

I'm not only a member here, but of several others....all of which have folks who are Marshall target customers. Normally once a person learns the benefits of a Forum Community, they turn to a similar resource for many of their interests. CF folks won't be the only ones knowing what happens!
Oh man my head hurts and I only read about 1/10 of the posts. Sorry to see the problem you're having. So far I don't see anything major the supplier has done wrong, maybe a little misleading but that happens. Sounds like you were pretty happy with the product you received when it first fired up. Hopefully they will do a professional and accurate assessment of the motor when they receive it and take appropriate action. You're right, everyone can come out a winner on this, hopefully they will.
Those rings at the top of the pistons are to reduce the pressure that the top of the rings see.
So they lower compression? Or reduce explosive pressures? There is a pressure loss when gasses take a zig zag path? I would like to see a physics analysis of this. Is this from keith black and are they the only ones who do this?
In 2004 Blueprint Engines was featured on TWO GUYS GARAGE, with Sam and Dave installing a Blueprint crate engine into their project car.
Most of our buyers are spending a lot of time on their car. Spend a little more time looking for an engine, and you'll see the Blueprint difference!
Let's call Sam and Dave
that statement is totally true. well if you read between the lines......... of course people are spending a lot of time on their cars....... because they used one of your engines
As the crankshaft turns these are the days of our lives. They shouldn't hesitsate to replace that engine. from what i saw in the web page it was a long block engine with the intake mounted in other words a sealed engine.
