Creeper moment of the day. I think I just saw you post over on the ViperAlley and your location was "ozarks". If you're in the Little rock area bring one or all? of the cars to the cars and coffee this saturday morning in the starbucks parking lot on cantrell road. Unfortunately my corvette isn't in Arkansas right now but I'll bring my viper this time.
Great looking cars by the way!!
Thanks. Tough crowd over there. Did you see the thread about whether to get Gen II or a C6 Z06? I figured that it might be like so many Ford forums where building an aluminum FE carries no weight if you like Vettes and Vipers. I just can't sign the "I HATE everything different" memo that some guys are so hung up on.
I'm closer to Branson then LR. I used to get down to the fall shows at the River Market but I guess those ended a few years ago.
Yeah 17s can look good but always loved some of the offbeat old 15 in wheels out there, some cool 15 in tires being reopped. These cars just look "right" with them on there and will 10 yrs from now. will donks, dont think so.

Yea the Alley can be like that. Check out the Viper Owners Association, its generally a more mature group of guys/girls. haha yea I saw that thread, the fanboy crowd from any type of car never ceases to amaze me. Anyway, I'll stop hijacking this thread but hopefully you'll make it down to LR over the summer for some shows!
yep best of both worlds lol alot of haters out there but anyone that sees it in person loves it never been a follower copy everyone elses car type person so let them hate in the end its a car when someone sees it they never forget it lol
I saw a corvette with the entire cobra "kit" on it the other day,the guy had a flat tire.I couldn't stop as I was heading to an appointment or I would have tried to help him.but it would have been hard to not laugh out loud,it was a truly horrible thing. It looked like someone tried to do a nice job on it but you can't make chicken salad out of chicken, well you can guess.
Sorry if it offends anyone but the C2 and 3 Corvettes were two of the most beautiful cars ever designed why would anyone want to make one into a jellybean or station wagon or anything else for that matter.

The first time I saw it I thought WTF and then as I really looked at it and the workmanship to make it all happen it quickly became one of my favorite customs here
I bet you get lots of haters at shows and cruises where the cat hates you because when you pull in and park people ignore his ride to look at yours....
On your rear wheels do you recall the backspacing ?
It has worked well on my car but it is so tight that I would not be surprised if some cars would have issues with the same wheels.
Hello,
Yes I meant your car, what Looks pretty awesome. But I have to apologize, I was actually looking for the Offset of These wheels, not the Backspace. Would you have those numbers?

I had them built using the desired back spacing and did not worry about offset.
