I do not read 'text' type writing and I have a hard enough time trying to decipher what you are saying due to many replies have no punctuation or capitol letters to let me know when you stop and start new sentence.
I will post a photo of my custom fuel pressure set-up for a Cross-Fire tomorrow

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...re-help-4.html pm buccaneer he might be able to help.your car is running,, not well but your getting there.the vids help tell the story a lot.did you say that you changed your fuel pump.?you have 12-13 psi at the fuel filter.you may be a little low .crossfires like 13- 14 between the tbs.starting to wonder if your pressure is off.
Your IAC value is way off.... 142 is almost at the very end of its range which is 0 to 144. A major problem here.
You MAP at IDLE should be 1.4 volts approx. At the very beginning of this video the MAP showed to be 1.23 volts and then went to 0...This is a problem.
Not knowing what you did to the EGR system..other than what you showed in the past posts.....so I can not comment on that.
So how do adjust both and egr was plugged with carbon dust im goin to order new vavle
DO you have your manual yet????
Also your TPS need to be at .52 volts when idling.....NOT .60 volts.
There is a tolerance of .075 volts +/- and you are out of that range.
Also...with the engine OFF but ignition ON....and the scanner connected.....what is you IAC value???
I have so many numbers that run through my head...I can not remember if the IAC valve at that time should be 144 or 160. Either way....your IAC valve at 142 is really high and it is telling me your IAC's are almost open all the way allowing air in.

Manual still hasnt arrived Iac with key on 128
My tps with key on is .52 but while running goes to .60
Terry
Will look at it now and ty adjust
Something is WRONG here.....the IAC should ( if my memory serves me correctly) should go to full OPEN and thus the highest count. Seeing how you wrote it is a 128. That makes no sense because you showed a reading of 142.
AS for your TPS. Pull back on your throttle linkage when it is running and see if the number drops back to .52 volts. It could be that air is passing by the throttle plates when running and opening up slightly...and I am not there to feel the shafts of your throttle bodies and see if they are worn out and move.
And for right now.....DO NOT touch or tamper with your throttle body idle screws that are welded in place...you can open up a can of worms. In the facotry manual there is a specific procedure for BALANCING these two throttle bodies....EVEN THOUGH I know some people use a piece of paper to set them. TRUST ME...I have the manometer and you would be amazed on how well that tool does the job on getting the two throttle bodies set correctly. And I have used the paper method and then checked it with my manometer afterwards ..so I am commenting from experience that I will ONLY use my manometer to set these throttle bodies. But do as you choose.
Yes number are correct
128 with key on not running
142 with engine running
Is there a small screw that i use to adjust it not touching the main setup and what are the recomended numbers

You can not adjust the IAC's.
Hopefully your manual comes in very soon. I am STILL concerned about your MAP volts. There is s test you can perform when the engine is running and using a hand vacuum pump.
