Going down the same road with my 396 LT1 in a couple of weeks. Plan to put it up for sale and move on to a C7. Learned a long time ago with owning Corvette's, you will know when it's time to move on to another one.

Would like to sell it to a forum member if possible. PM with interest and will go over details.
Why sell the c4? If you need that money to put towards a c7 then you shouldnt be buying a more expensive toy. But thats none of my business

I know the op's car never did perform to his level of expectations, so i can understand his frustration.

Did your car not perform either? what went wrong

In retrospect, I love my C6, but for no more than I got out of my 85, I should have found a place to store it and kept it.

Fact: once you have @ 450-460 RWTQ, no other car will feel the same.

Ugghhh....Someone IS looking back. And another changing his mind... again. Hope you don't have to pay sales tax/property tax up there in the great white north!

Should we call that goof tax? (I hate tax.)

Make fun of my torque-monster -- but I still have it AND my 2nd "family/winter" car. 15 years and still not unhappy.

Ya gonna auto-x that Caddy?

I agree with that.

So...anyone know if back-peddling is an Olympic event yet?
