Same here , no problems and they once took back some crappy decals with no problems.

Though I personally have not purchased anything from them, I have read too many negative comments and bad expierences by unhappy customers about them that I would never consider giving them a chance. I tried twice to get a catalog from them and both times they said it would be mailed out right away, however I have never received either one of them. I figure if I can't trust them to send me their free catalog, why should I trust them to send me anything or trust them with my credit card for that matter. I use Zip and Corvette Central and have had nothing but prompt courteous service from them and will continue to promote and use them.

Waited 6 MONTHS for chrome hood hinges. Twice they told me they were shipped out, never happened! Called them on it, "Oh, who did you talk too?" Eckler's sucks!

I ordered a set of seat covers from them last year. They didn't tell me the product was on back order, and once it shipped, about a month later, not only was it the wrong style, it was also the wrong color. I called Ecklers up to see if they could resolve the problem. I left messages but never got a call back from them. Luckily the purchase was made on my charge card so after a week or so I disputed the transaction since the item sent wasn't what I ordered.

I guess that got their attention since I got call from someone from Ecklers soon afterwards. They wound up giving me a refund for the product, but I wasn't really happy with the level of service.

Just recently I though about going back to them for some engine dressup kits, but not maybe not anymore.

I waited 2 1/2 months for a darn C5 stool for my garage. After the 2nd time they told me it shipped, I waited a week and called back. I was told this time it never shipped and in fact they really didn't know what was going on. A salesman wanted to re-take my order. I said "no thanks", called the Corvette Musem store and had it in 3 days.

Default Eckler's

The first and only time I purchased from Eckler's I had a problem. There is too many other aftermarket Co's wanting your business, for anyone to put up with any BS with Eckler's........Army 2000, I saw your other posts in the "onlinetire" mess, you don't seem to have any concern about anyone one of us on this forum. I for one was P.O'd when I read what was happening to that guy. Onlinetire, acted poorly, and you didn't give a darn, what kind of problems our forum brother was having. I hope in the future you don't have a problem with a vendor, because very few on this forum, would take the time to help you out.

I have ordered from Ecklers many times over the past 3 years. They have been very good. I did have two problems, and both were quickly and easily resolved.

1st problem was an ignition switch. It wasn't a correct '68 switch. It was a cheap aftermarket. So I returned it and called DR rebuild... I paid twice as much and was told it would be NOS '68 switch.... turns out I got the same Mexican made part that Ecklers sent. Returns with Dr Rebuild is a PITA!

2nd problem from Ecklers, I ordered a left, center, and right grill. I got two right grills because the package (from corvette america) was mislabled. I called and they checked stock and discovered that many were mislabled. I got a call back in about an hour with the news. They decided it was best to just ship me a replacement part and let me keep the wrong one.

I think their website is outstanding. That is why I continue to use them. As long as you pay for "rush" shipping the parts come very quickly and they don't charge an excessive amount for 2nd day.

As far as customer service goes, Paragon is great, their staff is VERY knowlegable. But because of their lame web site I rarely use them.

I have seen many people say that Ecklers is overpriced?? Whenever I search they almost identical to all the other big Corvette venders. Who sells parts cheap???

seems like there is mixed 50/50 emotions about this company..i think to be on the safe side its better to avoid a company where customer satisfaction is under 70%

If I don't receive my order by the end of this week as promised I'll call and cancel and if they give me any lip I'll sick VISA on them. No time for games here, life's too short! They'll either deliver as promised or I will cancel my first and last order with them.
Got home tonight (early this morning) and my order was waiting for me on the porch. Everything was present and accounted for. First experience with Ecklers turned out to be good after all. I am quick to jump on a rat but just as quick to praise when it's due.
