Didn't seem right to offer what I'd like to see when I'm not going to be a user.

I'll still be on the forum...and....Im not ignoring you

I'm returning the car to stock prior to trading it in if it doesn't sell before I want to get the new car so I'll be selling the lights (which kills me....love these things ) either with the car or in the parts section here. Ill put the new guy in touch with you when that happens.

You've been a gem to deal with, thank you.

Thats enough reading....now get back to work

Thats when I was thinking of sending a guy from Cleveland to disappear you while waiting for the prototypes to get done I'm a kinder, gentler, more patient man these days Of course, that change was influenced by watching this process and realizing how much had to be done.

Once I was convinced you were sincere, I pulled the contract. I had to give the guy 10% anyway but the lights were worth it

Keep up the good work Michael

Finally put my sun guns in for good!

One of my halogen bulbs in the stock housings gave up the ghost after ~5 years, so I figured 'better late than never'. Had a buddy swing by to give me a hand getting them alligned, and I'm still having problems with them occassionally not dropping down (the high beam 'fix' works though).

I may relocate the resistor over to the passenger side between the factory harness and the initial ballast (unless this isn't recommended). I ended up using the extra lengths of cable from my old halogen setup to take up the missing spots that JW's cable didn't reach.

Can't wait for the shrouds, absolutely loving the look these things give the car!

I found it didn't matter where you put the resistor. The resistor never worked for me. The lights always go up and sometimes go down, but I've been in the habit of blipping the highs when I turn off the lights anyhow so it's no big deal anymore.

I'm looking forward to the shrouds too. But I may be updating these lights to a new system soon anyway. It will use most of the stuff that came with this kit, except the lighting will be a completely different system. No HIDs or halogens.

We post and send updates when we have them. Right now there is nothing to post.

Yes you will get yours soon. The projectors are imported which causes it to be a little slow. We should have some info soon.

It works perfect in mine. I don't even have the relay harness installed.

I installed it between the stock plug and the HID bulb.

Yeah, it works for Jerry's too... For whatever reason it doesn't work on mine.

Although, I did just make some changes to the groundings on my car. Since, everything electrical has been playing ball perfectly. I've been contemplating putting the resistor back in to see if it works now... I would be VERY happy if that was the case.

BTW, I've got a cool idea for those LED halos I bought from you. I put my stock tails in to rebuild the halos with it. When I'm done, I'll show you what I did and see if you want to sell them. I can't tell you how heart breaking it was to see the stock tails in my car again. LOL

FWIW, the resistor doesn't work on mine either. The ACA setup on the wife's car doesn't have this problem, though.

My driver's side low beam light failed recently. I discovered that it was actually the resistor that had burned out (I disassembled the resistor; something on the circuit board inside the housing was fried). I removed the resistor and plugged the harness directly into the ballast; both lights now work and the headlights go up and down perfectly without a resistor - I won't bother replacing it.

On another topic there is no word on shroud production. I understand the person tasked with producing moulds has likely spent his summer fighting forest fires. It has been more than a year; I would like to have the shrouds completed and in production, Does any body know a manufacturer/supplier who would take on shroud design and production on a priority basis? A high tech approach would be to use a computer driven three or four axis milling machine to produce the prototype.

Has there been any further work done to produce shrouds or is it completely dead?

He was on a last GP and yes we're aware. We're just waiting on a few more high beam projectors from Hella. Once we have the info on when they're due in we'll let you know. I should know this week.
