What's this man card? Is it something they give men who are not sure about their manhood? So they can look at it to be reminded what sex they are. Not anything a real man would need.

It would be cool if the FRC back window went down like a 71 or 72 used to do.

I carry a .38 for people who have a pellet gun. Who gives a hoot how others drive. this only perpetuates the feeling that Corvette people are "different" and frowned upon by other car enthusiasts grow up people.

If it makes the owner comfortable driving around like that, no worry to me. I've had my targa top off and left the windows up.

I agree with DeeGee though that if having the windows up means I can keep the top down I would have no issues with that.

my .02
I agree.

only I carry .40 rounds.

Who cares how other people drive? I'm frankly shocked that some people get so butt-hurt over the fact that I might have reasons to drive windows up, top down that are nobody else's business. It's not like I'm ricing out or otherwise defacing a perfectly good 'Vette. For Heaven's sake, if it was such an insult to the "Corvette gods" then they should have thought to disable the window switches once you put the top down.

When you want to make my car payments, then you can tell me how to roll around. Until then, mind your own darned business.

Well I'm kinda stuck being half "window gay", the drivers glass won't retract. Is being half gay better than full on. The top does go down but how 'bout the driver. Now you got me wondering about Vert owners

After owning 10 or so vettes over the years I just got my first vert. Coming back up the hill from Phx the other day with the top down my wife urged me to raise the windows for the usual reasons. When I protested that I didn't want to be called gay by a homotopophobic vettenetter that may be on the road or shot with some pellet gun she said, huh?

Heres me about to be macho

Heres me being gay (thats a Corvette jacket I'm wearing. It's sunny and just above zero C - known in England as jolly chilly - and dare I say I was wearing driving gloves ' cos my hands were cold?)

Heres me worrying about my manhood

(Well it was a few years ago so I've had to worry about these things for a while

Surely there must be more things in life to discuss????????????
