I will not post my top speed, but the digits involved were 1,5, and 0! 
I had plenty of room for more. That was what I wanted to hit when I bought it. Be careful out there. You might end up with one of those Fast Driving Certificates that are delivered by the State Troopers! I recieved my first one in the Vette in Bowling Green!

145 ish in both my 98 MN6 coupe and my 02 Z06 a few times. Both cars were ROCK solid and could have gone all the way to 170 ish!! I kept seeing visions of jail bars, hand cuffs, 2000 dollar a month insurance premimums and tow trucks so I got out of it early!! 
You need to check your alignment. You should be rock solid in any C5!!
