This might be unpopular but is there any chance of adding an 1/8th list to this list? For now, where I live, there isn't a 1/4 mile track that I'm aware of within at least 4-5 hours of me. There are two 1/8th mile tracks close by, one 40 miles away, the other 60 miles. My best 1/8th mile time has yet to be equaled in my 1/4 mile times. Just a thought for those of us stuck with nothing but an 1/8th mile

November 4th is also Kerbecks third annual Toys for tots run. The guys who have a whole bunch of points will most likely be racing. You might want to check the NE section to see whats up. I have to go toy shopping this week.
I couldn't run that consistently last Friday night and I have an AUTOMATIC! Ranger, you are still my HERO!
A bit of elaboration.
First pass, ran 11.08, with just one powershift...on the 3-4.
Thought I'd trim some time by adding power shifts on the 1-2 and 2-3. Didn't work out as I'd anticipated. Lost two hundredths to 11.10. Torque Management took back the advantage that might have been gained. Lesson learned.
Third pass. Powershift only 3-4. 11.06.
Shifting drills, which I've written quite a lot about, help bring the consistency. Plus no missed shifts in 51 passes.
Car in the left lane ran open headers. Made it hard to hear my motor til I got in front of him. I left late after tweaking on my launch rpm, generally ignoring the tree.

I don't think they are bolt ons, but they aren't internal ENGINE mods either....so I guess they are where they should be....you win.
When we revised the original list..... internal mods were basically head & cam....... we never gave converters any thought so we classified it as a bolt on.
