I think you'll need a more gradual angle or the car will just push those away.
I have to admit it does slide so I stapled the rubber shelving stuff on the back, sort of works but my floor is pretty smooth so I am going to add some 1/2 ply to the bottom so that the weight of the car holds them in place, good call ha-ha
Still a pretty economical solution to getting these damned low cars in the air, my jack wont go under it without them

Going in/out of my driveway, pushes the splitter up about half inch or so and roughs up the bottom front lip. Didn't think it was any big problem at first, but now seems to be eating away quite a bit of plastic. At first, when I ran a finger across the bottom front edge, just felt rough, now little pieces come of in my hand. That's after maybe four times in/out of the driveway. Not a good sign.

The front splitter is made of ABS plastic and when confronting any rough surfaces like asphalt or concrete it is expected to get roughed up. Is is not a problem of the splitter, it is the problem of the angle of your driveway to the street.
This is one reason whose C7 owners who have chosen to go with a carbon fiber front splitter for 3 to 4x the price of the so-called "poverty splitter will most likely experience the same problem. While the ABS material" can be sanded on the leading edge underneath the front splitter, carbon fiber material will fray and will be difficult to repair.
Any C7 owner that has installed a front splitter needs to be extra careful when entering and exiting any driveway, parking lot etc when there is a steep incline. Mine has rubbed slightly also, and a quick sanding of the bottom will take away those rough edges where the ABS plastic has scrapped the asphalt or concrete surfaces.
As many have suggested, the best way to enter these situations is on an angle.

What if you back out of your driveway? Dragging the air dam backing out of my garage is easy unless I take it slow, so I wasn't sure how a splitter would fare. I installed mine earlier in the week and tried it today, the result being that it didn't touch. OTOH I have friends who have driveways that almost assuredly will be a problem. I may visit the worst of those to see how much grief I'm going to experience with it in the future.

I have had my splitter on for a year now and have not scraped a single time. However, there are a few places in town that I avoid.
I've destroyed one on curbing at a track so I'm glad I opted for the >$100 option instead of the $800 splitter. I treat it like a wear part and replace it when needed.

I'm not complaining about it scraping or the quality, I knew it was going to, that's why I didn't buy a fancy splitter. I have to back into my driveway/garage and cannot angle it (long story, but it's a 110 year old house and nothing is easy). My only unexpected disappointment is that the plastic is shredding and is a bit messy when I run my finger over it. I didn't mind it just getting roughed up. I'm just concerned it will be visibly worn quickly. Just something for others to be aware of.

Try using a 800 grit sand paper and lightly sand the roughed up part. A photo of the scraps and shredding would be helpful for this and other ideas to make a minor repair.
I suspect the shredding and scrapes are on the lower bottom edge of the splitter.
Without having to go through all 9 pages can someone please tell me the cheapest place to buy this? Thanks!!
Just got one to install on a friend's C7 for $110.60 shipped on Ebay. Showed up in 2 days too. Now I gotta figure out how to get it in my C7 to take it over to his house.

Try to post a few pics.
Two attached pics are from the first one or two scrapes. It wasn't until a few more scrapes that it started shredding. It's been cleaned so I'll have to post more pics when it happens again. I'm OK with what you see in the pics, it's only visible from below and was expected. It's now the shredding where I feel before too long the center point may show visible wear from above. One bright side to the drop-off driveway is it made for easy installation.

If you install the rest of the fasteners on the leading edge of the splitter, it might pull it up against the bumper where you would scrape less....
For sure, if it starts drooping, it will scrape on everything.
Looking at the last photo, there is no doubt you could take a 400 or 800 grit sandpaper and make the splitter feel and look like new.
The shredding that is visible is very normal for this very soft ABS Plastic. The scraping creates the rough surface. I am sure when you installed the splitter you were able to feel how flexible and plyable this splitter is.
Be thankful this is not an expensive carbon fiber splitter, the damage would be much worse.
If it gets worse, it's replacable for under $120.00.
I also agree with TEXHAWKO and you should consider fastening down the splitter closer to the leading edges.
