I was told by navtool today that my would go out today that did not happen I still don;t have a tracking no#

IF you haven't been using that e-mail, then shame on you. That email has been posted MULTIPLE times throughout this process.
That guy has given me tons of information and a lot of it was unsolicited on my part. He's provided me with pictures, help with trouble shooting the problem I had during installation, order status and more.

Well called them just now was told that mine shipped out to me yesterday He told me give him about 30 mins and he would email me a tracking #. We will see at lunch if I have one.

Hang in there. I E-mailed him Wednesday and he sent me my tracking number that night. No action until I plugged in the number again today and it showed the package leaving Secaucus, NJ at 4:35 this morning and will be arriving by the end of the day on Tuesday, 4/5.

Well was told I would have a tracking # today before 1:00 well guess what no dam tracking #. I will be calling them on Monday now will not be so nice on the phone. I also just gave them a really bad email on every thing and how they do business.

Robert, I've notched down my expectations greatly. At best we are a week away. I'm in the same boat as you, but my unit has to get all the way to the Northwest, so it might even take a 10-12 days. Fine for me, I have plans next weekend anyway, so 2 more weeks would be the earliest I could install it anyway.

What really gets me is telling whom ever it is going out & then it takes days before it is picked up just making up a tracking # is crap to me. But at least people in here are getting the unit now.
But love the web site get on here & talk to a person & we have every person that works for the CO in working 12 hours a day 7 days a week to get these unit fixed & out. Then you do call support & ask for other guys that sold the unit are sales & no one is in here in that dept.
Plus all over the page made in America. I am glad they did get what ever bugs worked out of the problems and getting good units out to us.
Well that's not good. Most of us bought or are considering buying the unit for this feature alone.
If you are trying to connect your phone wireless you can't! in my case I have an iPhone 6 and had to purchase a Apple lighting HDMI adapter for my phone for 50 bucks and works fine! Just a pain to have to run a HDMI cable to the box

OK, I thought you had an alternative to that. I already have the entire assembly including the gab bar mount and the holder. I was wanting to see if someone else had a Pro Clip different from the one I have.
I have my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone connected wirelessly using the Netgear Push2TV device model number PTV3000. I'm not sure if the Netgear device works with Apple phones, however it works wirelessly with Android phones.
