Mine got shipped today, did you receive yours yet?
I haven't recieved mine yet and the order status is still processing, so not shipped. I ordered the black **** with gray shift pattern and stingray logo. I will follow up with them again.
I received the TMOD lower box today though. Going to install today or tomorrow, hopefully. I am hoping the lower box and the shift **** it is all I need for that direct and more precise shifting. We will see. I was hoping the shift **** would be here already so I could install all at once. Oh well.
I installed the TMOD lower box on Tuesday. Overall easy install. Now all I need is the darn shift **** from RPI.
As far as the TMOD lower box, my main concern was 1st and 2nd gear in stock set up. 1st gear would pop out, or it was tough to set 1st gear properly, and there would be some grinding going to 2nd. But since install, I haven't had one problem with 1st gear or 2nd, even when the vette was cold. Also, I find shifting from 4th to 5th easier, way easier than stock. So good product.

I had one problem with a stripped factory torx bolt that holds the lower box down. The threads were mangled and I ended up stripping the torx head. I used a rubber band inside the torx head and the torx bit was able to grip perfectly and it worked. Very easy trick. I learned it on youtube. Here is a pic and you can see indentation on the rubberband. I then bought a replacement bolt at lowes and a washer. M8x1.25. But it's a hex head not torx no biggie. Thought I would share the rubberband trick.

I will try it out first but expected it to be heavier from the pics I saw
I recieved a response from RPI, and my shift **** is on back order a few weeks. Let me know what you think about the **** after install, if anything I'll cancel mine if I have to. If it's a little heavier than stock **** that's a good thing.
When I messed with the shifter I notice my check engine light came on each time I went in there. It was no big deal, all I did was unplug negative battery cable for 15.min and check engine light went away. I have no idea what the shifter or the console wires you disconnect have anything to do with the engine light. Just thought I'd throw that out there. I could have been just a coincidence.
