IMO, the reason you wouldn't see a leak (if there is one) is the leak is so small where it hasn't accumulated enough in the bottom pan to drip on the floor. That small amount of DCT fluid loos would not have a detrimental effect on the DCT. That being said, If you don't see fluid on the floor/pavement don't sweat the small ****.
This tread is huge.. so if someone else has posted this problem, please forgive me...
The doors have a black tape that covers some foam insulation, mine has wrinkled and is pulling away in some areas. Hard to explain, so here is pic's of the area..

Update: I emailed Mary Barra's email and called back, got in touch with someone from the 'executive response team'. They're now saying they've expedited the part and gave me a date. At least there's light at the end of the tunnel now. Let's see.
At the end of the day I just want be back in the car again, that's the easiest and less work option for me at the moment.
Good News. Part came a few days earlier and the dealer was able to fix the issue. I had asked to have them add the extra 2 Qts of Transmission fluid (and I was planning to pay for) but they covered it gratis because of the wait. Faith restored in GM, Corvettes and the dealer itself.
Now time to enjoy the weekend , may god speed all the other parts other people are waiting for on this thread

Pull up the passenger side carpet by the center tunnel and check for moisture.
There is a leak problem with the HVAC drain there and once the carpet gets soaked, the amp is damaged. 535 miles though, that isn't a lot of time for corrosion, etc. More likely the amp just went bad.

Agreed - will not use Atlantic for service in any situation.

They didn’t fix the scratch?
You’re going back to them?
Why? Choose someone else since they f’d up your car
the one on sunrise ? I’ve heard mixed reviews. What about smith town?
Yes - had a few problems with them fixing simple problems with a couple of pickups trucks over the years. I should have learned the first time but they were fixing their fixes and I thought it was best they completed that task.
The one in Smithtown was where I went next "Smithtown Chevy" and they were much better overall on the few times I went there. You need to have an appointment and the entrance is quite a tight turn as you first enter the building but certainly not a problem (unless maybe you have a full sized crew cab). Please instruct them ahead of time with any directions on washing or detailing the car - I always tell them ... "I would like the service work done and nothing else please". I was surprised how large the building is one inside.
Correct...Atlantic Chevrolet in Bayshore....they scratched the right rear wheel fender near the wheel well while swapping out new chrome rims...I brought the car back on Sunday - next day - left a message and radio silence..I called again last week and service manager has not returned my call.
The car is going in for ceramic coat this Saturday...the detailer says he can touch it up no worries...I'm gonna try Arnold Chevrolet on Montauk Highway in Babylon for the amp replacement...anyone ever use them for service?
Ps...if anyone is looking for chromed OEM wheels...dont use LAWHEEL&TIRE...they use a chrome Vapor Diffusion process whihc is very thin coating and not robust....use CHROMEXPERTS...they hand dip & polish the wheels...this results in a more robust chrome finish
Update...I tried bringing car into Arnold Chevrolet on Montauk Hwy in Babylon to diagnose audio system and/or replace the Bose amp..The Service Rep at Arnold in Babylon informed me that because I didn't buy the car from them (I Purchased it from Macmulkin Nashua NH @ MSRP), they could not service the car...He claimed they do not have a corvette Tech on staff and they are just trying to service the corvettes they have sold....so avoid this dealer (and Atlantic Chevrolet in Bayshore) for service as well...Will try Smithtown Chevrolet next....stay tuned
I have the same problem on my C8 just picked up 2 weeks ago. Color is black so stands out more I’m sure on darker cars. Easiest to see when headlights are on at night. Clearly something is protruding from under the bumper cover. Clearly a defect. Showed dealership and they said can’t do any about it. It’s ridiculous. GM should do something about this

If they don't have a Corvette tech they aren't supposed to be selling Corvettes.
Go to EMPIRE HUNTINGTON Chevy. They have a full time corvette tech. Highly recommended. They are happy to take anyone regardless of the fact that you did not buy the car from them.
They accepted two of my Corvette's ( 2014 C7 and my 2020 C8) twice with no issues for warranty service and maintenance and I did not buy either car from them.
Just be aware that they are quite booked up in advance. Usually 3 to 4 weeks booked up.
They also have night owl drop off where you can leave the car after hours and put the key in their locked drop box. And they are fairy close to the LIRR to get back to Queens NYCity. ( long one hour ride back to Queens)
