I believe these are his stock numbers. Once his headers and cats are installed he'll do three other pulls and post those numbers.

Alright... Headers and Sport Cats are in, they fit perfectly with no check engine light. They sound great especially off idle when revving the car. If you are on the fence with these headers I say go for it. It has been raining so I have not been able to take it out of my shop to drive on the street, I can’t wait because it is going to wake this car up.

They look good. But man those sport cats look tiny. Can’t be much material in them.
Do some hwy driving, at 65 mph. Like 20 miles. That’s when the ecm will test the cats. It may take a few trips. If there is no light after that, then you may be fine.

@HeadTurner Did you reuse any existing hardware or did you use the supplied hardware? Also what about the gaskets? Did you reuse any or did you install the ones that came with it?

Can you also give some tips on how to remove the manifold and cat bolts. I tried getting a socket on mine and I couldn't budge them. Any tips would be great. What would you say is the approximate time from start to finish?
Thanks! Look Awesome and well done!

I used the the Factory gaskets for the manifolds to the motor( I like that they have some heat shielding) and on the passenger side Cat to muffler system. The rest I used the supplied gaskets. You will need to use most all of the supplied hardware.

The manifold bolts you will need an assortment of different deep or regular size sockets along with multiple extensions. The Cat bolts you will need some type of breaker bar to get some of them loose. A 90 degree electric or pneumatic ratchet also will be helpful but not needed.

As soon as the weather clears up, I am going to take the car out and drive it pretty hard to see if I get any check engine lights, then come back and do a visual inspection and torque down all the hardware again. I will report back if I have any issues.👍🏼

I checked the db reading:
Cold start before was 84db after was 88db then when it came down to normal idle before was 74db after was 75db.

I drove it around the neighborhood and it sounds amazing driving, the up shifts are awesome and the down ***** are epic.

Are there more pops in the downshifts?
