Anyone have any updates on these headers or Cats?
Any issues or dyno proven gains by the cats or headers or combo of both?

Anyone have pictures of the 2m headers after a few thousand miles? I’m debating on just installing them or sending them to jet-hot. Just want header to stay looking good…I know jet-hot will do that but its an extra $400.

Being here in DFW, take them to Michael @ SPC in Arlington, TX. Beautiful work at a much better price, plus saves you shipping. Happy to pass along all his contact info if you need it. Myself and all my friends use him for coating on headers, turbos, manifolds, downpipes, etc. He has a shiny silver just like JetHot, or various colors as well (black, titanium, aluminum, and so on).

Thanks, PMed with Facebook. I'm hoping enough people say the finish is fine. I did find out that 2M uses KBS XTC

My 2-cents, but I'd highly recommend the ceramic coating regardless for it's thermal barrier properties to assist in keeping those engine bay temps down. Check out my AFE headers thread in this section for the various heat management strategies I've employed in addition to just the coating.

Yea I’m 99% getting a true ceramic coat for the headers. Shop already replied and said it would be $250 for ceramic inside and outside.

Are you referring to a rotten egg smell? Does it eventually go away?

I had an issue with CEL before installing the O2 spacers but none after. I have a friend who is running the headers with no cats and has no CEL neither.

Awesome. Do you mind giving us a short review of the product (sound, figment, heat issues, etc.)?

For anyone that's just done the 2M sport cats, can you just get the 3 gaskets part 23194206 from GM? Or do you have to get the ones 2M sells. Thanks car arrives on Monday and I want to start tearing it apart 😁
